So last night I made that sucker and it was better than the ribeyes I've been buying.

Chili isn't haute cuisine because it isn't ethnic, but I agree with Dyer 1000% When it's cold as fuck and blowing sideways you need something bold and strong that heats your guts and nuts, not bland broth and noodles that you can't even taste because your nose is all stuffed up and clogged.

I knew chili was going to be a come back. I didn't say cold as fuck out, because I would probably agree with chili there. Cool, wet, dreary night.
This broth is most definitely not bland but yes, spiced up a bit with sirracha and a big as bowl of broth that you can just keep dumping meat, noodles and veggies/herbs in and keep eating and eating and eating.
