  • lol, both Brady and Edleman have deleted their Instagram posts where they were all buddy-buddy with AB following his signing. Not until he was cut though. Being accused of rape and having a Sports Illustrated article depict him as a fucking psycho wasn't enough to delete the posts. But you're not a Patriot anymore? Well then you're nothing to us.

What a weird little stain this is on what looks like it might be a historic Patriots season. It won't hurt them, and it'll be glossed over in any documentaries about them if they win the title. But it's in the record books though: Antonio Brown had 4 catches for 56 yards and a touchdown for the New England Patriots...in a week 2 game against one of the worst teams ever.

Hopefully no Pats fans actually went out and bought a #17 jersey.

Who's the next team to take a chance on AB?
No one.  He's played his last snap in the NFL.
  • Cam Newton ruled out this week. That's five veteran, Super Bowl QBs that won't be playing this week (Cam, Ben, Brees, Eli and Foles)

Pathetic asshole Indy fans gave a standing ovation for Vinatieri today.

Jacoby looked pretty damn good today.  He has all the physical skills to play the position.  Colts finally opened the playbook wide and were using his big arm to go deep quite a bit.  Hopefully he continues to pick up and improve.  Seems like a pretty solid dude.

I can't believe Bruce Arians is actually telling the media he thought it was a good idea to take a 5 yard delay of game because he thought his kicker was better from a further range ... This is the type of dude that sees a fortune teller on a weekly basis, right?  I think you have to hand over the whistle and retire to the golf course.

And Philip Dorsett finally contributing nicely in NE.

Trade seems to have benefitted both teams.

Certainly benefitted Brissett financially after Luck retired.

    This weekend we rock Portland

Yeah, I always thought that was a good even trade for both teams as well as both individual players.  It gave them each a solid chance to prove themselves in the NFL that wasn't going to happen if they stayed put.

Nice job by him today. While I’d hate to follow them through a total rebuild it’s likely they’ll never be good enough to do anything meaningful in the end. Probably never have an all time defense and Jacoby isn’t gong to blossom into a dominant offensive force and you’ve gotta have one or the other.

Do I make peace with the fact that they won’t be legit contenders? I’ll probably at least get to see them spoil some teams legit shot and make an easy road for NE.

Of all the insane decisions AB has made in the past 9 months, going back to school has to be by far his most insane decision by far, even more then pissing away at least $30M ... although there is about a 0.1% chance he actually attends more then 3 classes during the entire semester.

It seems there is such a gulf in teams this season.... much moreso than any time I can really remember in the salary cap post-90s era.

Hopefully, he does better this year than giving them shotguns.  Gotta keep the O-line happy.

I just though we were watching Saints fans get screwed last year ... little did I know the NFL would decide to spread the misery to the other 31 fan bases to create parity ...

A couple of the Eagles players would have been arrested for attempted murder of a Packer RB if that took place anywhere other then in a NFL game ... just a mere 15 yard penalty.
