    I love tartar of any kind that looks really tasty , next week I’m making beef carpaccio had it in Aruba at Italian restaurant it was so damn good !!

    Its octopus. It’s not bleached. The “color” or whatever was just on the other side. The water I just drained was quite colorful. Regardless. It’s octopus and about to be charred on the grill and served over arugula with lemon

    Sounds divine!! Wasnt sure if there was such a thing as bleached octopus...so may odd ways these days...

    Yeah I’m not up on college or profesional fútbol , when I see tacos I think beer or margarita but I understand football means beer ..
