NFL settles collusion suit with Kaepernick (and Reid), but terms won't be divulged due to confidentiality agreement.
    It'll leak.

    Everything does.

    $60-80 Million.

He must have had the goods on them.

If it’s anywhere near that much than no one has profited more from doing less

What he did had an impact.  I'd rather he get the money than Zeke Elliot or Kareem Hunt.

Not a good look for the NFL signing this piece of shit woman beater.

the “kick” was not much of a kick. the woman was a wannabe star fucker.
    Wow.
You should be ashamed of yourself.

I WAS kinda going for shock value there......but, you know some women want to hook up with pro atheletes.....this young lady would not leave them alone...they told her to get lost and she said she had no money for an uber....so, when they gave her inebriated ass a little push, she fell over on her stilletto (aka CFM) heels. kareem gave her a little (not vicious) kick.

I’ve never laid a hand on a woman in my life.....but as sam kinnison said, I can kinda understand it.

Serious question...did you watch the entire video?

Cause you say "a little push". The 2nd "push" that sent her flying headfirst into the wall, not so little. She got up very wobbly, she was clearly dazed, possibly concussed, squats to get her phone then Hunt kicks her literally while she is down. And she's not wearing stilettos. Maybe in Utah those are considered stilettos but not in the first world.

Does your wife condone these viewpoints of yours?

I watched the video. I read the acconts. I concede that “could you please jusr leave us alone?” may have been “get the fuck outta here, bitch.”  or maybe not.

generally, women ARE the weaker sex. maybe not if it were richard simmons v. rhonda rousey. that said, women (and men) can be devious. if this particular night did not turn out the way these women had planned, que sera sera. maybe they could meet a “nice guy” at work.

my wife may or may not share my views. pretty sure she takes a dim view of predatory party girls, tho. the whole culture (from both sides) sucks, but it’s nothing new. you think frank sinatra never humiliated a “dame”?
    Wow.......................again!

Please, just put the shovel down.

don’t know the shovel you’re talking about. other than hunt’s (mild) physical reaction, both sides are equally to blame.

and I really have no horse in this race.

I think Kapernick's last contract was in 2014, 6 years $126 million.  Lost wages plus punitive damages would be that and more.
I also think that the NFL got tired of all the Kapernick talk around the superbowl. Once Kapernick survived pre-trial motions, Id guess the NFL said time to cut our losses and move on. I wouldn't be surprised if the number is higher than the rumored amounts.

Also would suspect the agreement included Kaep agreeing not to seek employment by the NFL ever again.  I read an article putting that out there and it makes sense.

He had some great highlights and made it to a super bowl.  I wouldn't say he sucked, but I'm a Niners fan so I certainly saw the best of his play and the worst ... and am biased.
Also, I think his cause is a righteous one.

The NFL should demand that the president reimburse them. If it wasn't for him using Kaepernick to rile up his mouth breathing base, he'd still be in the league today.

I just can't believe Kraft could be this stupid. He was dating some trophy-whore in recent years. Seemed like a good enough idea for an old billionaire: have young sluts "date you" and buy them fancy stuff as their "pay." At least he'd be in control of situations like that. You can't control what goes on in a Florida spa (or hell, any place in Florida)

Let's be clear, Krafty Bob has nothing to do with the human trafficking stuff, just being charged as a john, which he has now categorically denied.

    The denial:

A spokesperson for Robert Kraft has released the following statement: "We categorically deny that Mr. Kraft engaged in any illegal activity. Because it is a judicial matter, we will not be commenting further.”

What a horrible thing. Human trafficking is the biggest global crisis that no one talks about.

I'll say this, there's more to life than how your football team performs. The Patriots have been (rightly) getting praised for winning another Super Bowl, while the Steelers have been (rightly) getting criticism for the Antonio Brown drama. But while Kraft apparently has been contributing to human trafficking, Mike Tomlin has been fighting it: https://steelersdepot.com/2018/09/mike-tomlin-talks-traveling-to-haiti-to-fight-human-trafficking/

I am unfortunately somewhat naive to it.  Obviously know it is a huge issue (and market here and other places), but not particularly aware of the extent.

Tomlin seems like a legit dude.
