    That is insanity

    10-0 would be crazy

Technically 3 full seasons considering they play 12 AFC teams a year.

they are due for a loss then. Maybe Mahomes and the Chiefs can put 40 on the board against them

of course it would be closer to 44 games if they both weren't cheaters who have gotten suspended

  • Arm chair quarterbacking... I have to chime in and say: horrible 3rd down call last night by Niners at the end of regulation that was intercepted.

What were they... third and 3/4? GB with no timeouts?

Run it. They were gashing them the entire game. If you make it (and there was a good chance they would)... great! Keep trying to advance the ball. If you don't... let the clock tick down and give Rodgers no time to work with.

I was thinking they were going to throw incomplete and give Rodgers a minute to move up the field and win the game. As it turned out... no incompletion... an interception... and game over.

As a Niners fan I was encouraged and discouraged at the same time.
Overall, I think the coach is really good.  Trying to make a great meal with cruddy ingredients, and it did not work out.
Green Bay is shit.  If they could surround their great QB with anything resembling a decent team they would be in the SB most years.
Agree on the way that worked out last night, but at this point I want SF to finish with a shit record and get a high draft pick.  Continue to develop some of the young guys and be ready next year when they get their starting RB and QB back.

GB was more then content taking that game into OT twice if the 49er defense didn't give up two huge run plays.  The INT was a bad throw but was just as effective as a punt.

Agreed that there was no difference with regards to outcome- which was give the ball back to GB with over a minute to go and 40-50 yards to FG range.

    Not smart.

This.  And Mike McCarthy isn't a very good coach.  The only reason he has had that job for so long is because of #12.
  • Speaking of GB and Mike McCarthy... my gawd I am irritated with his RB usage.

He gets a running game going with some solid running... and then abandons it to have Rodgers drop back and throw the ball 46 times while he's gimped, playing with 'F Me In The Brain' and 'Me' as receivers, and an average weight of 225 lbs on the offensive line. Their imbalance is painful and they are hardly protecting the waif-like Rodgers. He's going to get seriously hurt again. How can he not?

Full disclaimer: I am an Aaron Jones and an Aaron Rodgers fantasy owner. He sits on my bench. I don't know whether to start Jones or drop him.

Glad I picked up the Broncos D for tonight's game. They'll probably end up outscoring the rest of the players on my team.
    It's a hopeless situation...
