Thats a disaster. Players want to play for the guy it seems. That is a tough thing to come by with NFL millionaire players. By all accounts, Watson wanted to be a Dolphin to play for Flores. I don't really follow the Dolphins, but it seemed like Flores was a good coach. He almost got his team into the playoffs even with his starting QB missing some games with an injury.
One silver lining of this Flores firing is I just saw the funniest Reddit comment I've ever seen. I'm fairly certain he's still under Seattle control, so it would take a pretty big package of assets (picks and young contributors) to make that deal happen. I'd love it if the Browns could score him but I think it's a long shot for almost any team.
