Interesting. The US thrives on fear? ... Maybe it does. Or does it shrivel in its fear? Next, I'm paying attention to speeches, forums, long- form interviews, etc., on C-Span. C-Span doesn't cover taco trucks. That must be a trending on Facebook thing. If that's where I'm supposed to find that news, yes, I missed it.

Nothing he said there suggests that he doesn't understand what C-Span is. I don't understand why you are being so intolerant. I think you have something to contribute so wish you'd stick around... but only if you stop just coming along, brow-beating everyone, insulting us all, declaring your superiority, and then running away. Sheesh.

Negative... You also need a case that is different on its merits to be heard. You can't just re-try the same case. That also means you would likely need a new law since that part of M/F is struck down already.Gern Blansten said:

I never saw this reply. Clinton bringing in the next Supreme Justice is much better then Trump having that responsibility, I'll give you that. The house kind of screwed themselves in not appointing Obama's nominee because there is a small group of people that might have voted for Trump, if it wasn't him who had the responsibility of nominating the next SJ. Really? This is an issue?
I think it's an issue for conservatives because they know it was a damn good question that will really resonate with young mothers and bigger women.
I bet the Greeks didn't have smart phones.
What do you suggest we do, russ? Vote Clinton and then vote in other dems that will work on progressive causes? Pray that she and Some of the corrupt establishment folks work hard to overturn CU? Give me something to work with. Doesn't need to be a complicated explanation. A common sense approach.
But back to your question, we were talking about staged political events, not CU. Senator Clinton voted for McCain-Feingold. She has said she will appoint justices that believe that corporations are not people and the soft money ban. But as you well know, two things need to happen: 1. She has to appoint the justices and 2. there must be a case that is different on the merits than CU in order for it to be heard. So it's not like she can just do an executive order first day in office. The other option of course is an Amendment, but that would be just about impossible, as you know.
On the flip side many of us don't trust Clinton or many of the high ranking establishment politicians - this might just be another opportunity for her to get someone in there who will play politics. Clinton would probably have the best lawyers to file a new suit regarding CU - shit they can fool the FBI and most of the country. You know she has the best. haha
More transparency then any other point in history? I get your point, but look at what Snowden and Assange have exposed. Look at what many other whistle blowers have exposed. Look the NSA, they have been inspecting every single email yahoo subscribers were sending, before the actual recipients saw the actual messages.
That's not transparency, and that's certainly coming from top. Large scale and small scale secrecy. Shit I'm still waiting on those live meetings Obama was going to host via C-Span (which by the way I never watch- hahaha) - I think he hosted one event and that was with a republican group, which was like a few months into his presidency and was political theater.
A very complicated subject, but if you keep searching you'll discover information that will make you wonder what the hell is really going on. That's not being a conspiracy nut.

Of course not but cameras and google capture this shit all the time now. Again I am amazed that none of you demand better. You all have the same critique..."who cares?", "it's been happening forever!", "you don't know politics". Faith in government and government institutions is at an all time low. Faith in media is at an all time low. The two candidates have brutal honest and trustworthy numbers and yet this shit continues. Do you all have such a low opinion of Hilary that you don't think she can handle organic questions? She is on her way to victory and you are setting the table for an administration will have blown off all sorts of accountability issues. I know you don't care one iota about the thoughts and feelings of the deplorables but you will want your next leader to improve those faith in government numbers immediately just for the overall health of your nation. That will be very difficult if you all continue to brush off the phonyness.mrussel1 said:

Multiple sources...linked you a page below that has them all linked as you go through it. You can deny this if you want but then you become someone who is just running cover Hillary always and all the time. I criticize Trump plenty so it shouldn't be hard to look at this and the Steve Harvey interview and say...."I like Hillary but why does her campaign have to do shit like this all the time".Gern Blansten said:
Source? Let me guess....infowars? zerohedge? Drudge?BS44325 said:I can't believe...or I guess I can...that Hillary used a child actor to ask her a question in Pennsylvania. What the hell is wrong with her and her campaign? Shit like this is just so unnecessary.
