I don't think this one really counts as abuse, cops were called and detained someone who wasn't willing to comply with their requests until they found no laws were broken. Sounds like she was handcuffed 2x for trying to walk away (while on a cell phone) and for not giving them her id... but I wasn't there...unsung said:Wouldn't it be funny if the world ended in 2010, with lots of fire?0 -
