Yeah this was my favorite show too (out of 27 shows). Great energy and my best seats ever at a PJ show (like right next to Stone on the side).pjhawks said:4/28/03 - still my favorite PJ show. loudest crowd ever. will be blasting this boot on the ride home today. 4-27-2003 was Millwood's no-hitter. Sitting in the 600 level in right field with some friends and my 14 month old son. He was trying to run up and down the ramps of the vet. He fell asleep on me in the 5th inning and I looked at the scoreboard and said "shit". I couldn't leave at that point. He stayed asleep for the rest of the game. He was almost at another no-no a year or 2 later with Eric Milton on the mound.Alright, alright, alright!

I was at the Millwood game too. Had the Sunday plan back then....
Also the Birds resigned Dawkins during the PJ tailgate......I remember it was a picture perfect day. Couldn't have asked for better.
Good times. Fucking 11 years ago though...www.myspace.com0 -

yea i remember the weather too. i remember the weather had been real shitty for like a week or two before and it ended up being just perfect and a monday too. awesome tailgate, awesome crowd and awesome show.
that 2003 tour was spectacular. ended up doing 6 shows on that tour with some great tailgates. so many great memories of that summer.
funny i didn't recall that millwood no-hitter was the day before. that's pretty awesome you guys were there. i've been to probably over 200 phillies games in my life and never came close to one.0 -
Also the Eagles traded up for Jerome McDougle on the 26th of that weekend....not good times. Hahawww.myspace.com0

i caught one when i was like 14. my dad's company had great seats right behind home plate at the time and got one. actually ball hit seat and caught it on the rebound but still counts. off the bat of the infamous George Vukovich.JK_Livin said:I've been to way more games than that and have never caught a foul ball.
went to a game last year where guy in front of me got one. that was with tickets about 10 rows behind dugout.

My old man caught a foul ball hit by David Wright at a Binghamton Mets game probably 10 years or so ago. He gave it to my sister. A few years ago we were at the Field House when a few of the Mets came in to watch some college football. My sister ran back to her apartment, grabbed the ball and got it signed by him. Pretty cool.pjhawks said:

And that 2003 Tour was sweet - that was the last time I put effort into a full-scale tour with seeing many, many shows. The joys of being young and not giving a fuck...

Anyone watching this We Could Be King documentary? Good stuff.0

2003 was actually my first "See many shows, don't give a fuck" tour year. I was 19 at the time. Saw this Spectrum show and the State College show that was a few days later. And then hit up four shows when they came back east in July (Camden 1, both MSGs, and Hershey). Those were the days.Jearlpam0925 said:

Damn right. Yeah, I was 20 - it was a bonus having most of my friends being 21. I kinda miss it being a challenge having to get your hands on booze...Ledbetterman10 said:
