    I read a thread regarding an item that was being shipped from one location, and then would travel and arrive in multiple destinations before reaching it's final stop. Was this the item? I'm just curious. I would be nervous following the tracking of a vinyl if it was getting shipped all over the damn place prior to it arriving at my doorsteps. I hope no one else experiences this situation when their vinyl arrives. Man, I am sorry to see that happen. Hopefully they made some extras to accommodate the customer in the event something like this happened

    2 time's this has happened to me where I received a print that was shipped via UPS. They were at my door and they still had the nerve to ask for money via customs / duty taxes, and not feel sorry the tube was dented at various places. HELL NO!! Since then any artist or merchandise store that ships with UPS I say no to or ask if they can ship it via USPS. Only PearlJam.com do they ship UPS but when those packages come across the border to Canada, it's shipped by Canada Post. Thank you jebus!!

    i would just send it back to them. mine arrived yesterday and i have to say they were packed quite well. each was packed in the plastic mailer and then bubble wrapped together.
    they have more. i emailed on Benny to see if they had any, they said no. then that poster show happened and they were there for $400.
    looks like yours got caught in sorting belt.

    I had a similar experience with the original pressing of the deluxe PJ20 DVDs. Except in my case, 10C claimed that it had been lost in the postal service. I had the item in my order history, but never received any shipping confirmation information. I was issued a refund and told by most of the 10C sycophants on this board to have a nice cup of STFU.

Looking at the pictures, it doesn't look like the box Ten Club sent it in and that it was definitely damaged on its way. 10 Club has to have to a different method of shipping. At least with the old way, it wouldn't go across the country in different places to reach a destination.

    mine arrive and the front and back cover are rather blistered. Not at all what I was expecting. It was obviously defective so why even send it that way. I guess iI should email tenc

    Thats what happens when a package sits in the possession of UPS AND USPS for 10 days. I like how they tried to close the package up with plastic like everything was all fine and dandy!

    I hope 10c replaces this, but I doubt they have extra pressings. Good luck to you, hopefully these go down in price on the secondary market so you can snag a replacement at a decent price!

    gotta say...your packaging look way different than mine...I barely had any tape on the outer box. Yours seem to have tons!...weird.

    That is beyond belief that it could be damaged that badly.

    Say it did get run over by a truck ... how does that even happen? It's almost like someone would have to do it on purpose.

    Like others have said, that box in the damaged pictures doesn't even look like the box mine was packaged in (ignoring the damage).

    At the very least I hope you can get some money back. If not from 10c I would file a claim with UPS and/or USPS. Packages shipped through UPS are insured up to $100. Not sure what the USPS limit is. $100 also I think.

    I would definitely file a claim with usps and/or ups. They should be held accountable for how that was handled.

    And I'm sure 10C will do everything they can to help you out with this.
