    Never seen anything as bad as this before. They'll replace this for sure. Although this was made to order there will be extras for stuff like this. Mine arrived in the UK and had minor dent on the soft bit where the spine folds to the front, someone has been a bit heavy handed with the tape gun wrapping it. Compared to this though it is nothing and has made me feel a whole lot better. I hope you get a replacement and who knows if ten club can't replace it then maybe they'll send you something better.

    Come on Ten Club, you've got to replace this.

    I had an issue with my white Backspacer and they told me the same thing, they didn't press any extras. That's just bad business. You gotta have some extras made, just in case.

    That does look like a truck ran over it, and then had the nerve to repackage and even more nerve to deliver it. No way did it look like that when 10c dropped it off for shipping. My box came completely blemish-free, and it didn't have that weird plastic wrapping over it or the strapping tape. It look like someone's lame attempt to make like nothing happened. May the culprit be without the joy of music in their next life, they are undeserving. :evil: ooh I just want to go slap that piece of crap human being around, that makes me so angry!!

    Holy Shit this makes me nervous at mine being shipped all over the place...Hope mine is fine when it comes.

    Not impressed with Mail Innovations or whatever its called...Talked with them by phone today and all they could say was Yes it should have been delivered yesterday since it is a 10 business day mailing service.

    That's what I'm asking myself too. I'm so sorry for you, OP. Your pics reminded me of when my container arrived around a year ago and half my stuff had been destroyed by Sandy (yes, they still delivered everything, the wet stuff nicely repackaged in plastics so the mold could develop properly :twisted: ). It's so awful when stuff like this is out of your hands.

    I hope you'll get a replacement.
