According to Crowdsurge the band are favouring releasing the tickets again so its convenient for US fans. No disrepsect to the uS fans but this is a european tour and they have had their tour-we haven't.

I live in the UK, I asked to work the early shift at work so that I could leave at 3pm to get home in time to obtain tickets for Manchester gig. I was up at 5.30am this morning, just so I could get home early after work It is now 11.45pm! I have sat looking at the PC for 6 hours... have been up for 18 hours, my alarm is set for 6.30am!!! I dont want to come off here incase news/sale occurs...somehow I feel it will be us Europeans screwed over even tho its a bloody European tour.

No other band I like have these issues every time. I ordered 4 tickets for Foo Fighters at Milton Keynes, it sold out in 2 hours... 80,000 tiks... I got 4 ticks withn 5 minutes of trying. How does that work fine, yet something that is supposed to be for the fans fails yet again.!

o2 presale begins in just over 12 hours, but you have to be an o2 customer. That means 10C has less than 12 hours to fix this in order for membership to be worth anything. Trouble is, if it goes back online during the night in Europe, it's the European fans who will be screwed by this.
I understand that things go wrong and I also understand that 10C is not directly to blame, but if there's not a fair resolution to this, I think we have a right to be seriously annoyed.
Livenation presale starts tomorrow as well. And you don't have to pay for that, just register at the site. As it seems there will be no fix before that, this pre-sale amounted to nothing at least when it comes to Stockholm tickets.
I've never been a member of any fanclub before mainly because I always got tickets the regular way: buying online with everyone else. But after seeing Pearl Jam live once (London 2010), I realised I couldn't risk missing out any further European shows and I bought my TC membership hoping to ensure tickets for upcoming shows. And tomorrow it will all come to wash as I'll probably, hopefully, get tickets how I always get them: via the regular sales site. This, after I (along everyone else) wasted a whole night over the presale that never really happened for most of us (well tickets in the cart were pretty exciting but when your cart never got beyond that....). So yeah, my first experience of the benefits of paid membership hasn''t really worked out.
I'm pissed and I'm not even trying for tickets. I was involved with the Alpine sale fiasco and others as well - we continue to give them the benefit of the doubt that they can "fix it"....but they clearly CANNOT.
I'm angry because when the US Tour rolls around it will likely be the same deal. Have they seriously not figured out that putting multiple shows on for sale at the same time is unbelievably stupid? The 10c will try to completely blame crowdsurge, but given the fact that they went through this problem themselves many times over, wouldn't 10c want to, oh I don't know, SHARE that information with crowdsurge and warn them to stagger the sales?
People who aren't even going to the shows also log on just "to see" what the situation is, compounding the problem.
Stop being cheap bastards and hire people who know what they are doing in the IT department and can set up your own system to handle a large "surge" of customers at once without outsourcing it to a foreign company that does the same shitty job. If you don't want to do that, tell the band members to do FULL tours again so the demand isn't through the roof.

This isn't the fault of the 10 Club. They did what was right and found a reputable ticket sale company. Sucks that Crowd Source is having problems, but "beyond our control" usually means just that. It's not like there's a conspiracy to f**k ten club members on concert tickets.
I'm sorry but I'm not having that. Pearl Jam/Ten Club make a profit from memberships & ticket sales so it is their responsibility to research the company they sub-contract work to. No-one who pays the membership fee for tickets WANTS to be on here complaining, but after paying $50 for the privilege of spending 7 hours to try and pay another £100 for tickets, I think people are entitled to complain. As was said earlier, no-one is paying the fee for anything other than pre-sales and if you missed out in a genuine manner I'm sure they wouldn't complain. But with Pearl Jam's history in this matter you would have thought this would have been researched better and had better organisation.

I'm really glad I didn't take the day off of work as I usually do, something just told me it was gonna go down like this again I'll hopefully get my tix from a broker instead no hassels... as much as I'd prefer to give my money to Ten CLub... STRESS KILLS!
The missus has just spoken to Crowd Surge on the phone. They can see our attempted transaction, but say we were not quick enough (she was less than 2 minutes - the time out is 15 minutes but he still insisted she must have been too slow).
She is trying to convince them to put a message up on their site to give people an idea when the presale will go ahead. They don't seem to really care that much to be honest. He seemed to indicate that TC has control over the sales page on the Crowdsurge website.
They are being non commital over whether we can go to bed or whether they are going to surprise us with a 3am sale.
They say they have enough tickets to cover everyone who got a presale code, but this sounds like bullshit to me because I thought every paid up member got one.
They also say 'the aim' is to get them back on sale 'in the morning'. So things are apparently still broken. IT people are trying to fix it all still, apparently.
She also pointed out that the term 'crowdsurge' is trending on twitter, but not in a way that they would want it to. They didn't really seem to care that much.

Crowdsurge should care a lot more than they do by the sounds of it. Being in North America, if I ever have the opportunity to buy tickets overseas and I see "Crowdsurge" and I see "Ticketmaster", guess which way I'm going.
I think I'm more pissed at my Credit Card (Citibank) company, after successfully getting 3 shows in my cart and checking out they declined my transaction because Crowdsurge was considered "a very suspicious vendor" and since the amount was over $500 & overseas it was declined.
After I tore their cust service rep a new asshole on the phone, I tried to get back on Crowdsurge website & by that time it had crashed.
Trying to stay positive - there's always tommorow.... :roll:
How about the band shut down the Ten Club and cancel any current plans for touring - maybe that option would stop people from complaining about their business practices and everything else they try to do. Life is full of disappointments.
