i will say, southern tier is pretty pumpkiny compared to some others though. brooklyn brewer's post road pumpkin is real good and not quite as pumpkiny as the one you had. its lighter...less alcohol too.Post edited by The Juggler onwww.myspace.com0 -
I really like pumpkin beers but I do think Pumpking is too much. Dogfish's Punkin is probably my favorite, and I plan on having one tonight.
I just bought a 6 pack of Bell's White Winter Ale last night. That is some really good stuff.* Cincinnati, OH 8.20.2000 *

I think I'm ready to turn the page on the pumpkin beers for the year.
I'm having a few SN Tumblers tonight, but looking forward to obtaining SN Celebration Ale in the next few weeks."FF, I've heard the droning about the Sawx being the baby dolls. Yeah, I get it, you guys invented baseball and suffered forever. I get it." -JearlPam09250 -

We have been loving the Anchor beers. They make there way up the West Coast and into Alberta. I love the Steam Ale and last year enjoyed the Christmas beer. We tried Humming this weekend. I like the Steam Ale better.0 -

I went in the specialty beer place near us the other day just to browse and I was very confused by all the odd names. If they put a word like "Ignorant", "bastard", "wicked" in the name, does it make it better?
What happened to good old Blatz. We would get that for $5 a case back in college.0 -
Alright kids, what should I drink this weekend?
Fingers crossed, I'll have a bottle of PJ20 ale to hoist, but I need recommendations."FF, I've heard the droning about the Sawx being the baby dolls. Yeah, I get it, you guys invented baseball and suffered forever. I get it." -JearlPam09250 -
