Ummm...low and slow, lid on. Only thing getting done while super hot is the shrimp and asparagus. Everything else is going slow. Another hour or so....

Grilling is high heat over a flame. Barbecuing is controlling temperatures of the heat at a low level, containing it, almost smoking it.
    slow and low burgers :?:

I was just realizing the other day that I grill way more than I use any of my other household cooking appliances, lol. The neighbors should pay me for making their houses smell like my Ribeyes :)

BBQ Chicken with a Carolina dry rub and home made bbq sauce that I must say is quite fantastic.

    Various speciality sausage including rabbit

Mixed veggies to be tossed in a basket on the grill

    and....

Gator with a habanero jerk home made rub.

    Fuck and Yes.

I have a T-Bone ready for the grill this afternoon, been seasoning in the fridge over night. Is it wrong to want to BBQ a steak at 10:00 am?

i grill all year round here in jersey...when it snows i get the shovel out... and the heat of the grill usually takes care of the rest ... also dont have to worry about gas tanks... my grill is connected to the gas line into the house :D

...also picked up a smoker two years ago...i try to smoke ribs at least 5 times a summer... its an investment of time... i usually smoke them anywhere from 5 - 8 hrs... and ive only used the smoker during the summer... something like that where i have to keep constant note of the temperature wouldnt work in the snow...

...also recently have delved into the art of beer can chicken...awesome stuff!
