    STeak is the dinner of champions. If I had any motivation today I would fire the grill up one last time. Let's see how the game goes. That may determine my motivation level.

    Did a 7 pound brisket last saturday. First time doing a brisket. Was awesome, but next time would do it a bit longer a slightly lower temp. I was probably closer to 290 or so than 275. Good stuff though.
