    love that sweet taste of blood/juices that seeps out onto the plate and needs to be mopped up. :D

    problem with lamb racks is the lack of meat. they taste good, but always leave me filling empty.

    it appears only my piece of chicken was bad....i'm really believing it was the pre meal treat that caused it. :lol:

    Hah. I watched a show yesterday on the Travel Channle about Wisconsisn too. Man vs. Food. All I remember is they were at the Lakefront Brewery and the guy driving the forklift was one hell of a tour guide. :lol:

    Tonight, grilling some marinated chicken, peppers and onions for fajitas. Some Pacificos and Bohemias to wash them down with and all will be right!

    man, i miss grilling. we gave our old grill away when we moved. the good news is....i'm getting a new grill at the end of the month! :D thanks to my wife for the early christmas gift!
