Yeah, I know, summer is a few months away. But I have already had the grill out, 7-10 times, in the last few weeks.

Steaks
Burgers

They just taste better on the grill.....
Take me piece by piece.....
Till there aint nothing left worth taking away from me.....

I grill all summer, damn good at it if I say so myself. Just found a place in the Italian Market here in Philly that sells all types of game meat. Had some trouble getting it the last few years but now that I found this, this summer is going to be awesome.

My grill hasn't been used in a few years. About to clean it out, fill up the tank, and possibly grill some pork for Easter, since it's going to be near 80s next weekend here in good ol' CT.

    Charcoal all the way!
  • I've been late with the grillin' this year, but going to a preseason game at Citizen's bank Park friday that will involve heavy duty tailgating including breaking out the grill for the first time....though it's the small portable. Looking forward to that.

    Nice thread, Speedy.

Can't wait to get on the grill again. I did last week and grilled halibut for the first time...it actually turned out quite delicious.

I love summer - grilling and beer 8-)

I assume what you call grill, we aussies call the "barbie" (barbecue)....I suppose I am lucky enough to live where we use it all year round. Nothing better than a nice thick juicy t-bone on the barbie and some nice fresh homemade salads. :D

    I use propane.

ah a Grillmaster that shares his domain highly unusual - a good team indeed :)
My husband JB took over grilling when I was laid up but it hasn't "stuck" he's leaving it to me again.

We bought one that uses propane this summer and it's great. We use it all the time and we only just now had to refill the tank. That makes it so much less expensive than charcoal. I don't think we're ever going back! :D

Today is the perfect day for it here!! I even bought some ribs the other day.

Fuck the flu. I've been on my couch for 4 days.

Oh and I use gas. Easier to clean up and heats more evenly.

Jeez I wish I could sit out on the back porch with those ribs and some beers. *cough*

If/when Kathy and I get that new house. The very FIRST thing we are doing, is renting a u-haul van. Then we are going to purchase our new lawn furniture, load it in the u-haul, and grill out in the yard for the next 120 days.

Anyone use a grill with infrared heating?

I'm in the market for a new grill this year, and found a good deal on a char broil infrared grill. The reviews people either say it's the best ever or they suck. Doesn't seem to be a middle ground.

    Love grillin'! well, I don't actually grill myself....I don't cook....so I rely on going to cook-outs.

how about a good tuna steak on the grill? fresh veggies? mmmmmmm........

and simply because I am having one right now, add a Bloody Mary to the menu.
