i grill all year round here in jersey...when it snows i get the shovel out... and the heat of the grill usually takes care of the rest ... also dont have to worry about gas tanks... my grill is connected to the gas line into the house
...also picked up a smoker two years ago...i try to smoke ribs at least 5 times a summer... its an investment of time... i usually smoke them anywhere from 5 - 8 hrs... and ive only used the smoker during the summer... something like that where i have to keep constant note of the temperature wouldnt work in the snow...
...also recently have delved into the art of beer can chicken...awesome stuff!it's largely due to eddie that i liked to jump off of things as a child...0 -
i usually make these for whenever i go tailgaiting... for all ya'll who wanna bring something different to say... alpine valley...
