gas is good for week day and winter grilling. come the summer weekend grilling, it's lump charcoal all the way.

charcoal produces a better flavor. anybody that thinks different is kidding themselves
The seasoning you use, produce a flavor....

Charcoal and the use of lighter fluid....Make your food taste like charcoal, and lighter fluid....
    Only amateurs use lighter fluid.

Real men use charcoal chimney's to start their fire:

    Exactly...

Go outside, push the silly button, and you are cooking in 30 seconds...

    Charcoal is for losers.....hehehehehehehe
Charcoal is for purists. If you are grilling anything, you need to just slow down, marinade your meat, crack a beer, and light the briquettes. Nothing needs to be accomplished in 30 seconds when you are grilling. 30 second time frames are for microwaves, not outdoor grills.
Charcoal is for people who still believe they are living in 1862.

    It's 2010.....

And marinade is for men who, drink red wine and take bubble baths.......

    hehehehehehehe
What's wrong with red wine? I can drink me a bottle of red. Prefer a good beer, but if I am drinking wine, you better believe it's red.

Bubble baths are for white wine drinkers...

Using gas to grill outdoors is "silly."

Real grill masters (aka real men) use charcoal!!

What you do is just a step ahead of taking your microwave outside and pressing buttons.

I don't mess around with Pork. Seriously, don't touch the stuff unless people ask for it at a party or something.

I have a thing for grilled desserts. Last summer, for Father's day, I made Grilled S'mores for my dad and the rest of my family.

That's "Furious Pete". I've met him multiple times, and frequently talk to him online (we both use bodybuilding.com forums/store). Dude is CRAZYYYY. Definitely the best at what he does.

They won't let him into the Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest. They won't tell him why either :( .

if you thinking cooking with charcoal results in a starter fluid flavor..i'll give you a tip....after lighting the fire, let it burn for a while, don't toss your steak on when the flames are still shooting 4 ft high.

a real man grills all year long, son.
Oh, I had the grill going in February.....

Then I realized I was freezing my ass off. hehehehe

I will grill as long as weather permits. But my dumbass isnt sitting out in the freezing fucking cold and snow, just to cook a couple of Ribeyes. That is why the Restaurant was invented.

personally i LOVE grilling out in the cold. i threw some steaks on the grill with some lite snow falling a couple months back. beer in hand, of course. it was glorious.

was gonna toss some jeagler burgers onto the grill on saturday until i realized i was out of propane. didnt have to time get a new tank so i ended up frying them...just not the same.

I love the warmer weather! I eat too many processed foods during the winter and can't wait until I get to use my grill more often!

1 or 2 weekends ago it was utterly gorgeous....hubby grilled up some hot dogs and cheeseburgers.....OMG  .....soooooooooooooo goood! love the grill! pretty much grill year-round, tho when there is snow, not really....but you bet, nothing like the first couple times you fire up the grill with nicer weather. 8-)

and i blame anthony bourdain for both of us craving hot dogs. i can't even remember the last time i had a hot dog, and now we've had em 2x. perhaps we've been watching too many episodes of no reservations. ;)
