    I can't agree more that this guy deserves a beating...

    however I urge everyone to stop promoting vigilant behaviour. He's seriously not worth it. It might feel great, but an assault charge is not worth this guy.

    Let authorities and Pearl Jam (10C) deal with this. Hopefully, we shouldn't be seeing him at any Pearl Jam show ever again.

    If we do, best thing to do is point him out to security/police and somehow get the info to the 10C.

    Keeping a cool head (and a cold beer) at the next PJ shows is a good thing; going Charles Bronson vigilante on the dude might not be the best thing to do (although the temptation is strong). We also might have to make like journalists and throw around the adjective "alleged," until this horrible situation is resolved.

    Anyhow, douchebaggery in this great, big world is not a surprise, but douchebaggery (I mean, alleged douchebaggery ;)) within the Pearl Jam Community is heartbreaking. As I read the earlier parts of the thread, I couldn't help but feel helpless since I can't provide any information to help make things right. As more information poured in from those who have relevant info, I can't help but feel proud of my fellow Ten Clubbers! I can't wait to party with you all the next time the band comes into town! Cheers!

    In any case, this is just my long-winded way to say "Bump!" so those who can help can find this thread and...well...help. I hope the OP and anyone the alleged douchebag may have hurt are on the mend. It's times like these when the term "Jamily" seems strangely OK (and I dislike the term most of the time). 8-)

    i didnt read through the whole thread but know the story, the funny thing is he didnt even have a ticket when i picked up my 10c pair at 5:30. He was asking everyone for an extra. So someone in the 10c must have sold him their extra which looked like a pretty good seat.

    Does anyone know if this guy is in the 10C? Just because he didn't have a ticket for this show doesn't mean he isn't a member.

    As it turns out we did not have his phone number, and we still are lacking a last name. The person who we thought it may be, is not unfortunately. So we are back at square one.

    I have contacted 10C and gave them the name of who I think it is, but I was hoping to get a positive ID by the phone number (which we thought we had but do not). They advised that they could not tell me if he is a member or not, but would alert their security and give them his name.

    I assume you tried to look him up on facebook, my space, twitter etc.

    I don't use facebook, but is there any way to do a search on facebook for people who 1)are from quebec, 2)named maxim, 3)went to Philadelphia for Pearl Jam, 4)has an Ed wine bottle in his possession? I would think 1-4 would pretty much limit who shows up in the search, if he has a facebook.
