    Hats off to the Oilers. They played with a lot of heart and a lot of class. They came from so far behind and got to the finals and that is something to be really proud of. Even though they don't have the Cup, they are still winners as far as I am concerned. Thanks for a good run.
    I am a little heartbroken but probably not nearly as heartbroken as the boys are tonight.

    there are people yelling out their windows on my street right now..."we love you oilers!"...some just yelling "oilers!"...

    i can only imagine if they'd pulled this one out...

    I must admit, without the Leafs in the playoffs I said i wouldn't watch the playoffs; wasn't interested. But Edmonton was a story worth following and the Finals were beyond entertaining. Nothing to be ashamed of Edmonton...and congratulations Carolina.

    well it was fun cheering the oilers on. now i have a 2nd favorite team in the nhl, the edmonton oilers.
