then she comes over to me and says "research shows that talking to kids in a high pitched voice helps keep their attention better"
i'd be interested to see that research. they are probably paying attention, thinking "this adult is an idiot in that high-pitched voice"

just as i was navigating to this thread to complain about this whiny bitch being on the phone all day

i got the greatest news in the world

    she's moving her cube

    to another building!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

while it does mean the likely end of this thread I am so excited for the peace and quiet

today has been awful... i've pranked her like 5 times and really thought about mentioning to my boss that I find it hard to work with her on the phone all day

but then god did me a favor

I will miss this thread, but I am happy for you. No one should have to put up with this nonsense.

She's a turd. But take solace in we've all worked with her kind before, with our teeth clenched.

is she also the one who organized all the birthday cakes and made everyone chip in $ for every single possible celebration the office could stand ("Hey, Bernadette adopted a kitten!")?

no because she's too cheap to do anything for anyone else

    this year

the NCAA bracket pool was $25... and I told the guy running it that it was kind of too high for our area (HR - bunch of women) and may exclude people

so he developed a payment plan....

take a guess who was the only person to take advantage of the payment plan

Ahhh, my last day of work today, which sucks because of no work, but is oh so great because I will never have to deal with the tit I'm sharing an office with again.
How do you successfully complete numerous computer focused educational programs and still know absolutely jack shit about computers and how to use them, and have to irritate me with the stupidest questions ever (repeatedly)?

    This is a good thread.

One of my bosses is a big religious nut, and he sent out a mass email about going to see the movie (promoting it) cause he didn't know anything about it other than it was about Jesus. When he found out what it was about he sent another one denouncing it.
Luckily I'm not on any of the head honcho's mailing lists so I only get the stories from co-workers :P
