Yesterday evening before the sun went down, four tiny sparrows alit on the railing of our balcony.
Chirped up a storm!
I got the sense they were siblings (or the avian-equivalent of a gang). Beans and George were by the window, fixated, with occasional barks. It was incredibly cute and sweet. Got a video from a couple months back of them doing the same; hopefully I can figure out how to post it (vs a photo).
And just few minutes ago, one of the birds returned - almost like taunting the Beans with her vocals and flitting about.
Trying to figure it out via photobucket! But thank you - will go that route if I can't
Meantime, we got our new coffeemaker earlier (hooray! let's see how long that lasts) and as we're prone to do, took out the packing paper and laid it down for the cats. Both LOVED It.
I tossed some catnip on it and got the laser going.
Good ol' mid-yawn! I love taking pics of Sam too when she is yawning. She's good at it hahaha That's her "paper sleeping bag". Sheloves paper bags for some reason

I had to wake Scooter up to make the bed this morning.. He was not happy!
I can't decide whether Ava hates or loves when I make the bed. As soon as she sees me take off the pillows, she jumps up on the and fights me the whole time. She usually winds up under one of the layers.

Our cat loves it when we put new sheets on. She goes nuts under the sheet and plays catch the hand with us. It's adorable She is kind of always adorable
