not sure on a name yet. Her foster parents named her Bobbie, but i'm not feeling that at all. My other calico's were Kali, Kyra and Kia so I'm thinking of something that starts with a "K", Maybe something like Kierra, Kaylee, or Kaitlyn? Kyra knew something was up the day before I got her. she was acting a little different than normal. Right now the kitten is in the bathroom so they can get used to each other. Kyra's been hissing but nothing too bad. They know each other is around.

The kitten is used to other cats so that is good. She's very young and tiny (like 6 months old). Which I didn't even realize how small she was until I got her home. She is technically spayed. The vet couldn't remove her ovary cause it was too close to her kidney. She can't get pregnant but she can go into heat.
And she’s in heat now. Kinda weird to see/hear. Constantly has her butt in the air and meowing a lot. Not quite sure how long it lasts or what I can do to help yet. Guess I can google that

also leaning towards Kylie as a name.
Kylie is a nice name. That is weird that she can go into heat being spayed. I wonder how often that will happen. My vet won't neuter Lukin until he is 6 months old. They said it is healthier to wait. When I got Tristan as a kitten he was already neutered, so I haven't had a male cat that was not neutered. He is only 4.5 months - and the vet said if I get it done around 6 months, he shouldn't start spraying or anything. So, hopefully that is how it will go. His neutering appointment is March 20th.

Post some photos of the kitten.

Things cats do that would be crazy if you did them.  Sent to me by my sister.  SO funny!

Oh my goodness.  Poor Pancakes!  I think dental treatments on pets is the absolute worst.  The poor things have no idea why there’s soooo much pain.  I hope he recovers quickly.

Congrats on George, @Fifthelement. Looks like the cats took to each other pretty quickly.

Thanks.  They did!  Within five days they were cuddling up, sleeping together.  Unfortunately with two dogs and a juvenile cat, there were no slow introductions lol. It was sink or swim for the little gaffer.  He was ruling the roost within the day.

Poor baby. One of my cats from years ago had to have 11 teeth extracted. She was on some good pain meds for a few days. I hope Pancakes feels better soon.

I absolutely adore your kitties.  I really, really want a chocolate Point Siamese, but I don’t want to pay breeder prices.  I had a Siamese when I was a teenager.  She was the most wonderful cat.  I miss her to this day.

Thanks. I adore them as well. I would also never pay a breeder. All my Siamese have been rescues. This little guy was found orphaned on the streets in Texas at only a month old after a dog killed the rest of his litter and he was put into foster care. I saw his photo on a pet adoption website and applied. Once I was approved they transported him to New Jersey where I picked him up. I don’t think any of my Siamese rescues are purebred. But I don’t care. They have all been amazing.

    Yes sir!
    Between today's appointment
    Some shots
    Blood work
And my dental work I will have in 3 weeks
I just cost mommy and daddy $1800.00

Back in November our boy Nero got sick high fever’s for 3 solid days after emergency vet visits we were down close to 5k! We had to keep him at vets for 2 days so that was a big chunk of the costs.

pretty kitties....my aunt and uncle always seemed to have a Siamese around.

Our bengal reminds me of them....very vocal. So vocal that it can be really irritating.
