    I'm almost a day behind you guys (couldn't finish another pack by midnight :D), but I haven't had one yet today...had my last about 9 pm last night.
    Funny...i actually broke my last smoke! I was in a panic trying to find a rolling paper...it broke near the filter, so the last few drags were extra strong....a good omen - the last drag I took made me gag...nearly threw up.

    Had a killer stressful morning, want to rip a co-workers head off...keep watching the clock to see when it's time for a smoke :( ...I've also decided to quit coffee...and am contemplating a couple other vices that are nicotine triggers as well...we'll see. I wouldn't want to become too boring :)

    I am so happy your are doing this! Day 1 sucks! Day 2 is much better!

    Aaaahhhh….my post-lunch craving is in full effect right now. I always find the tricks my brain plays interesting….it really is like the angel/devil on the shoulder thing…little voices inside telling me I can’t do it, that I can have just one, or one drag…

    I'm happy too, thanks BD :)

    So on that note and getting back on topic, I am doing quite well! Can't leave my seat yet, but we are making progress.

    While Hooker is laughing. I should give an update. I got through the day without even blinking. I have all of you to thank and I hope it stays this good!

    Those on the first day! Trust me, day 2 is a lot easier.

    I hope day 3 is ok. I have a poker game tomorrow night where there will be smokers so I am a little nervous.

    let's hear some updates!
