    Wait... so if you are winning a game in a 7 game series you are supposed to let up at the end of the game???? Sorry but everything in a 7 game series is cumulative and if a guy has his head down whether its the first minute or the last minute or anywhere in between he should be hit. The only problem with Upshall's hit is that he left his skates....that's it.

    Holy crap, Malkin did it twice in one game and that's it. It was 100% unacceptable and he said so himself. If it happens again i'll lump him in with your boys.
    Ruutu is certainly no angel but again, was he running briere through the boards in the last minute of play in any of the games?

    And Chromiam I agree you shouldn't let up, but how is charging a guy into the boards and picking a fight with a star player who doesn't want to go helping the cause. All it did was piss of the penguins for game 5. I didn't see the Penguins running around at the end of the first 3 games. Maybe It's your orange colored glasses that sees this all as normal.

    Who picked a fight with Crysby??? They both slashed each other after the faceoff and then Richards put his gloves in Sindy's face... no punches thrown. I'm sorry but if someone slashes me, yeah I retaliate and then the next swing will be with my gloves not my stick..... only bitches swing sticks on the ice.

    And we'll see how pissed off the Penguins are in Game 5....

    I guess we will. You do know you are calling Bitchards(see, we can make hilarious name variations too!) a bitch because he started the whole stick slash thing. But i'm tired of rehashing this game with the most intimadating fans in the nhl, haha. The flyers are awesome and play like choirboys on the ice, so my bad.
    But yeah, we'll see how pissed off the penguins are in game 5.

    Wow!! Pretty sweet run through the east. I can't believe the penguins are actually going to the stanley cup final. It has been a while. When I wrote my sig early in the season I thought it was mostly wishful thinking. But here it is, only one team away.

    Lets go penguins.

    well that flushed all the flyer fans away fast enough. And i believe my point was made of all that crap in game 4 only going against the flyers. The pens came out at 100 mph and never let up. Never good to give a better team extra motivation.
    But congrats to the flyers on a pretty amazing turnaround.

    Stanley cup finals! i never would have predicted this at the start of the season. Hats off to the players and to ray shero for getting 3 great players at the deadline and adding another key one in petr sykora at the start. Let's bring it home boys!

    Maybe flushed away was a tad harsh.I get most of my hockey talk done on the penguins website. Didn't think people came on here after the playoffs. But this is a good spot to get different fans perspectives so i guess i'll stay on here too.
    And as for our draft picks, Mario said he would spend to the cap limit so hopefully we can have a good run. that said, signing malone,orpik,or hossa won't be easy next year...kinda sux.
