Okay, just found out that on Sunday McFadden's will be CLOSED to the public starting 4 and will reopen at 5 for people who HAVE tickets to the game and that's it.

And as for last night, what can I say.. Myers pitched a so-so game but the ineptness with RISP is amazing. And Howard needs to take a half step closer to the plate.. they're pitching him on that outside corner and he can't reach it from where he's standing.

My little sister just won an infield ticket near the Phillies dugout for tomorrow at work. I'm so psyched for her. She works for the company that makes Super Pretzels and the Phils gave the company a couple of pairs for each game and she won a company raffle for a single ticket.
It was $12 for the NLCS. I don't think even the Phils could justify raising it that much in a week and a half.
They Rays doubled their parking prices for the World Series And with the Phils and Eagles and Flyers down there this weekend, there's money to be made... although thinking about that, they couldn't jack the price up for everyone so it could stay at $12.

He's got a chapter in Moneyball about him. When he pitched normally, he was too wild and and gave up a lot of homers.
He developed his unorthodox throwing method and it got him from the minors to the big leagues.
The crazy thing is he's 6'5" and when he throws like that his knuckles literally scrape the mound.
