    As a RED SOX fan this has been one of the worst nightmarish seasons in a long long time. It will take at least 3 seasons for this team to contend once again but it's a fun time to see this team re build and battle to dominate the east once again.

    So glad it's over...it was like getting a beating over and over again....26 games out of first and there seem to NEVER be the usual fight and determination from this year's team. It was a sad picture to watch but they will be back to fight another year, this year damn sure wasn't it.

    From what I've heard the Sox are negotiating with Toronto about what prospects to give up in order to get Farrell released from his contract.

    I don't think the Sox have that many top prospects to be flipping. I'm not giving up Xander Bogaerts or Matt Barnes type of prospects.

    I say pass on Farrell.

    Sox management SHOULD"VE offered a multi-year deal a couple of years ago.

    If anyone wants to purchase MY ENTIRE red sox 10 game pack this year let me know. I am contemplating not renewing it because its hard for me to make it to the games. Two bleacher seats (section 41, row 23) for 10 games on either tuesday or friday. Total cost is $545.00 (Face value) and its due 12/14. Games this year include:

    Friday April 12th: Rays
    Tuesday April 23rd: Athletics
    Tuesday May 7th: Twins
    Friday May 24th: Indians
    Tuesday June 25th: Rockies
    Tuesday July 2nd: Padres
    Friday July 19th: Yankees
    Tuesday August 27th: Orioles
    Friday September 13th: Yankees
    Friday September 20th: Blue Jays

    I can't break it up. Just seeing if anyone else wants it, otherwise I won't renew. Tickets usually arrive in March.

    Well, the system crashed on me again this year causing me to miss out on Yankees tickets for 3/3. By the time I got back to the screen to buy tickets, most of the good seats were gone. I did end up scoring lawn seats to a bunch of other games so I can't complain too much.
