    Trust Romo
  • i want to kill myself now.... after romo threw the last interception i turned it off and started playing nba live.... i was completely convinced they lost.... and i didn't wanna switch it to the espn news... but then when i turned off my playstation it was still on espn and i watched the cowboys actually win the game on the replays.... it's a big bummer for me.... next time i should take a loss as a man and watch the entire game. i wish i were a woman.... they don't take games as seriously as men usually do. :p

Didn't I already see this game last year? Where the QB fucking sucks it up and the team's Defense and Special Teams step up and wins it for them?

    Yeah, I think I did.

    Boring.

on a lighter note, did anyone notice romo still threw 2 touchdowns and 309 yards.... of course, the interceptions are the big asterisks.... but still not bad. :p

Well, I just saw, you can watch the replay on NFL Network on Wednesday at 10:30pm EST.

Also, I just saw they ruled Tank Johnson eligible for the Oct. 21 game against Minnesota.

Thank you Crayton! got him at the last minute this week behind Randy Moss ;)

my 2 best friends here..ones diehard cowboys Im diehard Giants and the others diehard Patriots,
Me and Patriot fan are Yankee fans and cowboy fans a met fan so u can imagine what it was like here today! lol
Aah, fuck it, I’m just gonna go home, turn on the fuckin’ TV...
Watch the nightly news and drink a beer...
Like I could even change the world, yeah right...

  • i think if you do the math it makes sens.

normally the cowboys score tons of points, have huge stats and run the table on the other team. now subtract romo's gaffe's and you are left with a normal team.

and the bills came to play. thier offense sucked but their D kept it in.

still romo just kept shaking it off and would play like it never happened, and then it happened again. i was starting to feel like this game might ruin our season. but it made it that much better. so much going for it.

oh and i dont think you can ever compare romo to grossman. grossman does that every single week. well i guess i should say he "did" it every single week.

i cant see how anyone would think that game was boring. if you go to work tomorrow you will hear people talking about it.

don't even mention it.... let's belittle his comment by ignoring it.

i'm betting the pats will most likely win the game against the cowboys.... they've been playing together for a much longer time and they've got way more experience.

but i'm willing to admit by far that the cowboys have the potential of beating them..... all they need to do is just play right without any major turnovers that will cost them big plays, like it happened against the bills... otherwise, pats will blow them out.

i think this game served as a great lesson... to see how much these cowboys really wanna win and to test if they are ready to be a legitimate championship team. (although, cowboys should've and could've completely dominated this last game) we'll see depending how it turns out against the patriots.

I hope this game was a wake-up call for Dallas. Stop believing the hype and the media and the fans telling you that you are elite.
However, there seems to be something about this team. To go through that and still win. 6 turnovers and still win. Unbelievable.

I agree with the above post.

Eliminate the turnovers and put pressure on Brady and we have a chance. Don't do that and the Patriots win and we are 6-1 with the one loss coming to the best team in the NFL. Not so bad.

Gave up and went to bed last night........I'll admit it. What a surprise!!!! It appears that our 'Boys don't give up as easy as they once did. Can it be that Wade was the correct coach for this team????

whatever...we sucked we won, we made it to 5-0. If we play like that next week we'll be 5-1 1/2 b/c the score will be like 47-7 or something. I hope Romo decides not to suck it up, because I can't handle that again. The crazy thing is that the Bills are the rest of my famillies team and the Pats are my fiance's and her families team...two weeks of pride on the line. Btw that's 4 in a row against AFC teams for the Cowboys, and 7 of 10 at least someone from the NFC shows up against the AFC.

You think any city hates Dallas more than Buffalo? The Super Bowls, the Brett Hull goal/no-goal controversial Stanley Cup winner, and now this.

Maybe Philly and Washington hate us more, maybe.

but you know, considering last season and seeing them up 5-0 this season.... that's quite an accomplishment. my dad and i predicted they'd be this good until next season.... as fans, we should feel kinda lucky we're here. heck, even if they were 3-2 right now i'd still be watching them.

Yeah, we've been beating teams we should, I am pleased with where they are. I guess I just figured not going to the super bowl was going to happen b/c we didn't get Reggie Nelson at Safety, but our D has looked ok the last few weeks (of course against bad teams).

A sign of a great team is that they can win when they don't play their A-game....I hope that's the case for this team.

haha same here. the kicker's always a spot that worries me, but damn this kid proved himself. BEAUTIFUL onside kick and then TWO kicks to win it. crazy good last night.
