somewhere parcells is saying "why the fuck didnt i ever get a good kicker like that!?!?"

oh and the thing about dallas is, even when we were'nt making the playoffs and not doing too well, we would be close to selling out the stadium.

The year after NE won thier first super bowl a few years back, they stadium was a little over half full. of course start a dynasty and people show up.

the cowboys fans are the best because they always have loyalty.

and hopefully this year we can get a ring.
    mean people suck!
    but nice people sw****w

As an aside.........I asked and got my Cowboys starter jacket for Christmas 1987....and wore it proudly even during the 1-15 year. Never gave up.

    interesting.

weren't they supposed to suck? a defense with 3rd stringers playing? a wide receiver at safety? a rookie quarterback starting his second game......

how much was dallas favored by? did they cover the spread?

yes, the bills suck. I agree. but if you have to beat them on a last second field goal, then it pretty much says you suck too.

I don't agree that the Cowboys suck, not when they are 5-0, but what I was trying to say was that a good team would have beaten us by 30 or more. Buffalo sucks so bad that they were +5 in the turnover ratio and still lost, despite scoring three times on returns (INTs and a kick). Dallas played the worst game ever and still won.

they sure did suck on this game.... but they didn't suck on the first four games.... so no, in essence, the cowboys don't suck.

Agreed. As a Packers fan, I am furious this week. My team outplays the Bears, but loses because of turnovers. Dallas gets outplayed and turns the ball over 6 times and still "wins." Disgusting. However, I do now know that my Pack is for real and just needs to work on turnovers. I think they have a real shot at beating Dallas later in the year. But being in Dallas, it will be tough.

Limit the turnovers, get a couple of bounces to go your way, pressure Brady (no one else has this year) and Dallas has a chance. As good a chance as anyone.

Loose the turnover battle and fail to lay a hand on Brady and New England runs away with it.

It fun to hype this game but we aren't going 16-0 so if you are going to lose, then losing to a non-division, non-conference team that happens to be the best in football isn't so bad.

But Dallas has a chance. Indy strolled in here undefeated last year and left with a loss.

I am glad Romo got his "shit game" out of the way. I figured Buffalo would be the ones to hand them their first loss out of "Any given Sunday" As bad as Romo was, they still charged on at the end and put them in a position to win the game (albeit not-so-easy position). If TO had actually caught that last pass, it would have been a little easier, though.

Nick Folk twice FTMFW....haha even when Jauron tried the "give the ref a reacharound for a last second timeout before the snap".

Hopefully the Cowboys will get their shit back together and stop screwing around now.

even though the refs made some good calls monday night, they were two obvious missed ones. Owens was obviously forced out one that one and the face gaurding was plain as day on the two point conversion. Flozel Adams also got away with a bad hold on a play that was beneficial for the cowboys.

anyway, can't stop thinking about this crazy ass game. I really hope that romo settles down and takes a lesson from this one.

The one call I wonder about is how they could go back and review Owens's non-catch right before the game winning field goal? The Cowboys hurried and snapped the ball, thereby executing the next play. Shouldn't that prevent any review of the previous play?

In hindsight it didn't matter because Romo completed the next two passes and the replay officials were correct in overturning T.O.'s catch, but what is the rule exactly? This could come back again at some point.

I thought the officials said the call was made from the booth before next play actually started. I DVRed it, so I may look later.

I am a huge romo fan and I see some of the comparison's of him and Farve. I'm glad that he shows the ability to recover from such a terrible performance early on to win the game. I think he's at his best when he plays "like Farve, but less wild, with less bad throws" thats what we've seen all year up till this last game. He's like a smarter farve when he's on and thats the QB that will win championchips for the Cowboys.

No doubt Farve is a leader and has amazing ability, but I remember seeing many of his games (mostly against the cowboys) and thinking, "What is so great about this guy; I'd never want this guy on my team" He would make so many bad throws that end drives or be interseptions. Don't get me wrong, I've caught a few amazing performances by him, but I've seen more games where he has singlehandedly lost the game for his team by taking stupid chances. Romo can be better, I know he can.

And a full season as the starter following a full training camp as the starter instead of being thrown into the job 1/3 of the way through.

Cowboys are getting 5.5 at home.

If I was betting by my heart, I would go with the Cowboys to win outright at home. But if I had real money and knew a bookie, I think logic would tell me to pick the Patriots. So that is what I am doing. Patriots win by a touchdown.

I will gone on a fishing trip all weeked so I won't be posting but I will watch the game.

here's an ideal question for you.

do the cowboys have less of a chance beating the pats than they had a chance of beating the colts last year?

in my honest opinion, cowboys have a greater chance beating the pats more than the chances they had beating the undeafeted colts last year.

I would think that, but I think this year's Pats are better than last year's Colts.

I'm picking New England, but that doesn't mean I don't think Dallas has a chance or would be surprised if Dallas won.

After their last win I think with that huge motivation boost alone they can win this game. Neither teams have really played anyone worthy of calling a good challenge. Their schedules have been ridiculously easy. I really want the Cowboys to win, but it will be tough. The Cowboys turned the ball over about 6 times game up a couple Defensive TDs and Special teams TD and still won the game. It reminds me some much of the Bears season last year, and they wound up in the superbowl. I'm from chicago but really admire Romo as a player on and off the field, and just pray that he doesn't become the next Grossman. (own the first 4 weeks and then just go on a horrible downhill slope) We'll see, hopefully the cameras stay at home

i am just tired of everyone in the sports media saying the patriots have all but won. i mean why not just name the patriots the superbowl winners right now?

isnt this the same league that had the 'aints go to the playoffs last year. and the bears?

aren't the bears sucking as far in wins but how many teams would love to play them in chicago.

last time i checked any team can win in the NFL
    mean people suck!
    but nice people sw****w
