I have no photos of this incident though a security camera (if it exists) at the CVS drive up pharmacy would have it on tape.

I'm at the drive up window, my windo open. Miss Callie (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v21/Whizbang/Callie%20and%20Maggie/100_0671.jpg) is behind my seat with her head out the car window. Miss Maggie (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v21/Whizbang/Callie%20and%20Maggie/DSCF0003.jpg) has her paws on the arm rest between the front seats with her chin resting on my head. They were anticipating a treat (a munchkin, a milkbone...a cracker...a crumb of cheese, they're not that discriminating with treats!) and the pharmacist asked if they could have one. As soon as she grabbed a couple, Maggie, ever the watchful eye, drooled. Not a small dab from the corner of her mouth. I'm talking instant Pavlovian water faucet drool......ON MY HEAD! Ran down my forehead and behind my sunglasses. Thankfully I did have some napkins in the car!

As gross as that sounds, I thought it was hilarious! I'm not sure the pharmacist thought it was that funny but....such is life with my dogs!!!
believe it or not, we don't "need" anything. that is only the spoiled brat in us trying to fill some temporary solution to an emptyness that does not exist.

Gracie loves to sleep by the door. No more 100 degree days - it is finally time to let some fresh air in. The tape on the right side of the door jamb is to discourage her latest bad habit... chewing the weatherstripping. (the left side has tape, as well :D)

We did that once with Shelby.... a neighbor called to tell us Shelby was out... at first it was "no, she's not" but then it was "where is Shelby?" Turns out, we had let her out the back door to go potty; the side gate was open and we had forgotten about her. When we opened the front door, there she was :D! The new one still goes potty on a leash. Otherwise, she's pulling up grass!

BTW - we got a new neighbor yesterday. He has two Shar Peis - Magoo and Sammie Jo. :p
