    I disagree with the idea of spending that much on the wedding though. That's a house payment or like you said, a trip! I want to marry in a small chapel and have like a backyard bbq reception. I'm getting my dress (when the time comes) at David's Bridal (which is sort of like a low price chain store)
    and I'm not spending more than $100 for a dress I'm wearing once!
    I agree with the wedding thing too... it's absolutely ridiculous. I think that's actually the average price of a wedding over here... that's a feckin joke. Why do you need to spend that much to get married? I think smaller ones are sweeter too.
