Therefore, I have asked Vice President Cheney to oversee the development of a coordinated national effort so that we may do the very best possible job of protecting our people from catastrophic harm. I have also asked Joe Allbaugh, the Director of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, to create an Office of National Preparedness. This Office will be responsible for implementing the results of those parts of the national effort overseen by Vice President Cheney that deal with consequence management. Specifically it will coordinate all Federal programs dealing with weapons of mass destruction consequence management within the Departments of Defense, Health and Human Services, Justice, and Energy, the Environmental Protection Agency, and other federal agencies. i can hear a gunshot and tell you the calibre with 85% accuracy. yet witnesses to shootings say it sounded like a firecracker. i'll take solid proof over any eye witness.

we had an old wooden shed on the farm. it had to be at least 100 years old. we cut a few timbers and pushed it over with a tractor. the vibrations broke windows in the neighbors house nearly a half mile away. a bit later the sheriff showed up saying neighbors reported an explosion. as each floor collapsed; it should have registered on siesmagraphs miles away. HOWEVER; explosions should not have registered. unless; of course; the explosives were planted in the ground. even then; it would take one hell of an explosion to register.
the energy given off before the collapse was a plane hitting the building. i think there were eye witnesses to that.
