Stuff and Nonsense is such a beautiful song, it made me cry when I first heard it. Tim Finn is actually the one playing piano on this track. (don't worry, I actually thought it was Neil too when I first heard it ) But Eddie does pour his heart and soul into this song. :( This song reminds me a lot of my ex.

i'm so happy neil is working on his new album, i hope and pray it comes out next year and he does some shows! the finns are like PJ to me....can't ever get enough

yeah I hear ya girl! When we saw Live from Sessions 54th, me and Lyd could not stop cussing the man for writing such beautiful lyrics!! it is like DAMN U NEIL for being such a GREAT songwriter! And that verison of Fall At Your Feet, brought tears to my eyes. :( DAMN U NEIL!! DAMN U!!

and now I am listening to Crowded House "back of the bus" on my itunes. I can't wait til Neil tours again. man, i wish Split Enz would come over here to the states to tour...oh well. At least we have stuff coming out from Neil and Tim

all i know is next time neil comes around, one show won't be enough. especially if he plays seattle....i'll have to make that trip again, paid off last time....got a 2fer with that deal, neil and ed talk about HEAVEN!! merry christmas to my ass, nevermind it was in july haha

yeah I know how you feel girl! Everytime I listen to my "neil playlist' on my itunes, I start crying. I mean, SHIT! DAMN! It starts w/'Anytime' and you know how beautiful that song is. Tears beyond tears each time I hear it!!

OMG! that is right!! You saw neil and Eddie together!! :eek: lucky duck you!! His music is truly an addiction! You just can't help it but want more and more of it!!

I SO need to get my own copy of 7 World's Collide! I bought it for Lydia back in 2003 (and got her addicted to Neil ) and I just never got around to buying my own copy of it. i guess I'll watch it from YouTube.com

Have you heard "How Soon Is Now?" one of the outtake from 7 World's Collide? It is pretty cool! Neil adds harmonica to the song, and I hate it say it, but I LOVE Neil's verison more than The Smiths, and i happen to LOVE the Smiths as well

Does anyone have mp3s of the other outtakes from 7 World's Collide? I know a lot of the songs got left off, like "Betterman", "Off He Goes" "Not For You"

I have been on a MAJOR Neil kick as of lately, and I was thinking once I have my baby, I want to listen to Neil's songs (not to mention also that of Tim)n while I am in the hospital...so my daughter can come into the world w/FINN and of course some PJ;) Any suggestions on what I should put on my mix cd?

I just ordered the Seven Worlds Collide album online. I couldn't find it in the stores. I've been a fool for passing it up all these years. I recently heard Take a Walk on YouTube and I'm addicted!

This is so crazy - I was a HUGE Neil Finn and that's how I tripped over the amazing talent of Ed and the boys. ( I had heard of them but never really listened to any albums) Living in Australia, I got to see the reunion show of Split Enz in June and have seen the Finn Bros and Crowded house many times- I saw the last show when Hester played drums asa cameo before he committed suicide. It is so great to see the rest of the world acknowledge what we Kiwis/Aussies have known all along.

I knew a few crowded house songs but really discovered them with 7 worlds collide.
I was looking for songs where Ed sang and found taht cd. I thought "why not ?". And Wow ! This album's incredible. The sound is perfect, the energy is awesome...
Last year I bought Finn Bros new album and it's very great.
I recommend to everybody...

That is TOO cool!! You are SO lucky to have seen them live, Split Enz AND Crowded House.

My oldest brother got the Best of Split Enz and listened to it when I was a younging, and I heard Crowded House "Don't Dream It's Over" I didn't see the Neil connection until YEARS and YEARS later! Thank goodness for 7 World's Collide for getting me into everything FINN!

For all of you Hester fans, here is a touching tribute that Neil did dedicated to Paul. It made me cry when I first saw it. enjoy it
