Yeah. The last Pearl Jam show I attended: Gorge 93. I'm going this summer, on the 22nd, hoping some of the magic is still left over.

Assuming that most A.C. Moore stores run the same specials each week, here's a tip. I was able to get an 18" x 24" (nice) wood picture frame for my Camden I, back it with a big sheet of black acid-free paper instead of matting it ... for around $12.
Doesn't matter how much black acid free paper you all use, if the print is touching the glass (especially the cheap glass on these cheal frames) the poster will toast in a year or so. Gas build-up, UV rays, humidity: It all leads to discoloration, wear and the print actually sticking to the glass.

I recently bought this posted and I want to get it framed and I am looking for some suggestions for what colours to use for matting. If anyone has had this poster done and can post a pic, it would be appreciated.

just curious, have you actually had this happen to you? I've never had this problem, but most of my prints are in a room that rarely sees sunlight.
Got my rapids and paris 96 (yes that paris 96) framed. Paris was done by a shop. The Rapids one a friend at work did and boy did he do a job. My only quam is the the photos I took out didn't look great when enlarged so I cheated, but you use what you can... and I used the ones I in effect bought.
The Grand Rapids is a cool idea! However, I would have switched poster to teh left side and had the pictures and ticket on the right... but that's just me.
Did you actually cut up your poster?!?!?!?!?! I am SO anal about my (one, I know its lame) poster.
Believe me, when I was growin up, I thought the worst thing you could turn out to be was normal, So I say freaks in the most complementary way. Here's a song by a fellow freak - E.V
And how do you keep the poster from touching the glass?

It does not matter if it is sunlight... Any light will do this.
The poster should not touch the glass, plexy, or whatever you use to protect it.
Matteing is important.

Got a little washed out in the pic...the matte isn't quite as light as appears.
My favorite of the few I have, made better by the memory of seeing some old friends at that show and carrying on late into the night.
alex
that looks great, is that white a mat or just the backing?

nice touch with the framed pics next to it!
its a camera phone picture, my real camera is busted.
Problem is I have a gap inbetween the poster and mat, it looks weird, even if I have it perfectly centered there is a gap on each side:

WHAT SHOULD I DO? Take it to a pro and have them cut up a new mat and slam it in there?
This is how I ordered it from Americanframe.com...maybe I should have double checked more on the sizing :( my bad
