Does anyone have a poster book/holder to hold all of their posters in?

I've got all these posters from my shows laying around in tubes, and I know that is not good for them!

If anyone has one and can direct me of where to buy one that be amazing. thanks!

Depends on the size of your posters. Itoya makes a great 18x24 portfolio. It has 24 pages so it holds 48 prints. I have a couple of these (and several more in smaller sizes) and they are great. For anything larger your only option is the 24x36 Picturesque Portfolio. It only comes with 5 pages but you can purchase additional pages and I think it holds up to 40. The 24x36 portfolio is pretty pricey though (~$150) and the refills are ~$40-$50 for sets of 5 pages.

WOW, super speedy! What's the one above it, I've been seeing it pop up on eBay of late.

Thanks, I need one to. The art store in town here hasn't been very helpful, they can't even find me one to accomodate my 18"x24" posters, what a joke

I have a HUGE one. ( portfolio ;) ) It's 24 x 36 and I am dropping hints to my wife that a smaller one would make a great Christmas gift.

I did them myself. Went to Michaels to buy everything. The frames were 40% off and I bought the mats separately. Ended up costing me about $160 all together for all 3. I just really wish I had some anti glare glass though.

Yep, I ordered 2 frames from them this weekend for my PJ20 posters, can't wait till they get here. I'll post pictures after I'm done. Still looking for a display case/shadowbox to put my other memorabilia in.

Awesome work on that...once I get the Klausen poster my trio will be complete and I'm hoping to do something very similar to yours. I'm very jealous!!!

NEVER buy frames or anything like that from Michaels unless they are on sale. They run those coupons and sales every couple weeks. So if you go in and it's full price just be patient and try again next week.

And thanks for the compliments guys, I appreciate it. I was proud of the way they turned out for how much I spent on everything.

    Hey Ladies and gentlemen,

I'm looking for some help in the northern NJ area. i have a few posters to frame at a reasonable rate. I have been to michaels on 2 occasions and feel like i am getting ripped off with their supoosed "50-60% off discount."

Can anyone recommend a shop that can beat their prices? Send me a message on here if you could suggest anywhere. Thanks

Funny - this is almost EXACTLY what I'm doing with my Klausen, except it'll be double-matted with one of the mini PJ20 stickers (the movie poster type image sticker, came with my 10C tickets) in the middle. Now that I see your 10C wristbands that looks very cool too...

Anyone have any luck getting framing done at Costco? I noticed last time I was there that they have custom framing as part of their photo lab department (at least the Canadian ones do). I would like to get my Ottawa poster framed, but it is kind of big so if I could save a few bucks but still get it done nice that would be nice. The other three framed posters I have I got done at Michaels.

1998 Seattle poster of the Submarine Crew was the best.

I love that poster. It really is one of the best. Plus it was my first show. I wish I had picked one up, although the idea of carrying around that thing outside on what was a super hot day in a huge outdoor venue (plus I think security was spraying people with fire hoses) doesn't seem like it really would have worked. The only poser that really comes close to being as good as that one for me is the 98 Dallas poster with the slushies and the magic bullet. If I ever get a big fat raise, an error in my favour on my tax refund or if I win the lottery (which might be tough since I never play the lottery and would have to find a winning ticket on the street) you better believe I am buying that poster and getting a sweet frame for it.
