If you're not matting I'd use spacers, only because if you're gonna do it you might as well do it right. Screen prints should never touch the glass (or acrylic) if only because of the slight chance of moisture getting between the print and the glass and then having them stick together.

Use archival materials. Acid-free. UV plexi. Do it right.

Oh, and imalive - Great frame jobs! Non-glare plexi?

Good looking poster rico :D I love the size of that poster.

I like when artist try different dimensions to create some good art but is a PITA when they do it all the time. So when the artist use standard sizes the poster ends up faster in the wall 8-)

next ones are a klausen from la, an ames from new york, a benefit poster from the wiltern (with all the artists signatures, an ed pick and two picks from tenacious D) and the last poster is probably my favorite. Matt Leunig drew something for my son, Ezekiel (i know he misspelled his name, but it is still cool), who has the initials EV.

The great wall is up next. i have a klausen with eddie's signature, emek KC (the words, if hope could grow from dirt like me. It can be done.), my son's ukelele signed by eddie at the santa barbara show this past month (special thanks to my compa, toni for getting that for me) and the famous emek from 96. many more to frame after Eddie's solo tour. Great problem to have. haha

Thanks you two. I've been working at it. I originally wanted to get every poster of every show that I went to, but I discovered expressobeans along the way and other artists. I have to admit that I'm addicted to posters. Haha I have put some of those posters on hold for framing.

I tried searching this and couldn't come up with anything and I figured this might be the best place possible to find my answer.
My question is in regards to poster storage, mine are in tubes right now and I would like to store them flat. There is an Art supply store in town here and I would like to buy a portfolio book from them. They don't have anything in stock that would work for my posters. They are both 18" x 24" and the book that she was showing me says for 18" x 24". So I asked her if it will fit or do I need to maybe get a size bigger to ensure that they fix relaxed and not tight....she couldn't tell me and says thats the chance you have to take, well I'm not ready to take that chance. So I ask some of you poster nuts :) am I good buying the 18" x 24" or should I try and get one just a little bit bigger, just don't want to waste $50, all help would be appreciated, thanks :D

Get the bigger one. 18" x 24" will be too small and you will regret the purchase. It may cost more but the larger size is a much better investment.

Thanks, thats the way I was leaning, just wasn't sure and with my luck, I know I would have had a problem. Much appreciated :)

I know it's not a PJ poster, but it's still one of my favorites that Klausen has done.
