Has anyone confirmed that the image on the right is accurate, that no seat sin B, C, D etc were given out to 10c members?
That is the bigger issue, and not the lack of transparency on partial view seats. You can look at the map and tell A and E are likely going to have horrible angles to view the stage, so if you didn't notice that, that's kinda on you.

But on the other hand, if you have a decent 10c number you can reasonable assume you'd get better tickets, and if none of the other sections were given out at all, that is a much bigger issue IMO. That's pretty poor to advertise one thing, then completely deliver another.

But I have heard from no 10c-member that they got seating tickets outside of those two sections. Neither here, nor on the German forum, nor through private contacts. Of course, this could be a coincidence..

Yeah, that's more what I was expecting. Not confirmation, but no one has seen or heard of a 10c member getting those gray seats? That's pretty sketchy. Between all the groups, if those were options we'd likely hear of it. Unless they just gave out 1 pair in each section so they could claim it as part of the 10c lotto.

I’ve been following the forum pretty closely on this and have not heard of anyone getting anything other than those two sections.  People with better numbers got the lower/better part of them and higher numbers got worse.  I’m smack dab in the middle and can’t tell if I’ll be just able to see or just unable to see.  If I am just able to see it could be a really good seat, but it’s a hell of a long trip to take without knowing.  

In addition, prior to the draw deadline, someone posted that they had contacted Live Nation Germany and were advised 10c had B, C and D. If that person is still on the board maybe they can reconfirm this here.

B, C or D was only the assumption of @holo92 because LiveNation said on the phone that 10c-seats will be in tier 1 (which they are). We all believed the "best seats in the house"-slogan back then

Perhaps the band will surprise us with a stage that rotates 90° in its entirety to blocks A1 and E2. And they also make the metal structure of the stage and all the equipment to the right and left of the band disappear. Pure magic. I am curious.

If that doesn't work in Germany for the two Berlin concerts, I will adjust the price at my own expense. To a value that I consider fair and transfer the difference to the buyer via PayPal.

With all the discussion about the poor visibility from areas A1 and E2, one point is completely overshadowed. For me, this is the most important reason why I want my money back for the ticket. I always hear "Hey, don't complain. The seats were part of the bet." Correct. Absolutely correct. But the betting conditions were an outright lie. Right in the face of the most loyal fans.

The betting conditions served up to us by the Ten Club together with Ticketmaster suggested that we could be seated anywhere on the Waldbühne. That makes around 20,000 possibilities. The probability of ending up in areas A1 or E2 is only 5 percent. Those were the betting conditions. And I was prepared to take exactly that bet. And no other.

But we were lied to. Period. Because the probability of landing in these two areas was in reality not 5 percent, but 100 percent. Never in my life would I have made that shitty bet. Never. And it's a disgrace that nobody at the Ten Club cares or says a word about it. Instead, they try to appease people with emails promising them a good view.

Behind the stage. Side of stage. Just go and have fun. 10C tickets have always been imperfect. Like how did I end up in the third tier? It happens.

I'm sorry to say, but anyone who defends the sale of an obstructed ticket as unobstructed, followed by simply removing the term 'obstructed', or even partners of TM who are aware of this and sit idly back - yes, this includes the band, the Ten Club and Eventim - are as dirty from a business perspective as any of the numerous deceptive businesses that regularly perform bait-and-switch tactics. Also, you're not a shitty fan for asking for what you paid for. The BS canned response that came from 10C to some of you is just proof that this is far more a business with clients than a band with fans. You would think respect would be reciprocated in either case, but doesn't appear to be. Even a "we'll look into this and get back to you" would be a more respectful platitude than what you've all been given.

Yep...this shoul've been handled differently. They could've relocated 10c members from let's say row 10 upwards in E2 and A1. What they can do now is be transparent about this. And I know once I'm at the show I'm gonna have an awesome time.
But...they could build some extra stage since there's quite a gap between the stage and the rail, and therefore bring the band forward.
They could arrange the speakers so they're not in the way and clean the stage from all kinds of shit (mostly cases and the tech's stuff). Like they do in arenas.
This would allready make a huge difference.
The concrete structures they can't probably do anything about since it's sertainly cultural heritage.

I have now also received a reply to my email. The areas with restrictions were not mentioned at all, they just suggested to me that I could sell the tickets via F2F if I didn't want the tickets.

I find it all the more surprising that it now says that the obstruction shown on the Ticketmaster seating map will NOT be there during the show.
How can that be??? This would require major renovation work, which would mean that no concerts could take place in the Waldbühne for a long time...
