Hitting up Fable Diner & Bar tomorrow night on Richards st.
I might be doing the same thing.  Bar looks great and it's right next to our hotel.
I would have recommended Fable (and the location's previous iterations) at one time but not anymore. Not after the awful quality of food we got a few weeks ago. You might have a better evening than we had. The Lamb was dry dry dry. Like it was sitting on a plate for a few hours. We had a party of 3 and even my friend who just had chicken wings couldn't get through them they were so bad.

East Hastings has traditionally been the roughest part of Vancouver.... but it's only gotten worse here in BC over the past few years.   We have a road named Pandora here in Victoria that's starting to remind me of East Hastings a few decades ago :(

If we go it will be beers/cocktails only.  Good to know about the food.

Yah, I was mentioning this to someone very early on in this thread. It's the poorest neighbourhood in Canada and is not for the faint of heart with what you may see down there. Gawd, even back in the 90s my morning commute took me through that area and even then I'd see people shooting up in doorways at 6am.

    It's tragic for sure.

You may want to find an alternative that can include, say, Skytrain.

A pair FLR Row 14 just showed up for N1. Looks like 10C tix.

    And gone.

    WTF, they re-appeared.

Does anyone know if we need to have tickets to buy from the outside merch spots? I'm holding tickets for friends and we'll head to the show together, but they want to hit the merch line in the afternoon and I don't know if I need to be with them for that since I have the tix. Thanks!

We have one here so I’m trying Fanny Bay oyster bar instead. Looks quite good actually.

Nice. I just grabbed an N2 sec 105 row 4 on the aisle (you will have sat in my seat 2 days earlier Yakimatsu, haha!) ... but now I need to sell a sec 106 row 2 aisle seat for $289, which may not be possible any longer. This is getting stupid for me, lol. I just HAD to be 1 section closer to the stage even with financial risk involved. It's like a sickness!

Phew!!! I actually managed to sell it. I am very relieved... I was a pretty good seat; I guess I shouldn't have doubted it.
I've sold tix 3 times now, hope TM doesn't flag me, lol.

    Stanley Park was awesome.
Toured most of the seawall, but had to go in and check out Beaver Lake 😳🤪

Now off to find some pinball and to enjoy the some playoff hockey 🏒

Jumping on my flight now to Vancouver. Just an hour flight, but now I’m excited! Funny how music has probably been my best friend!

Here in Bellingham! Aslan Brewery was good and the server was AWESOME! Boundary Bay is okay. Waiting on a sample of Present Tense as we speak (I type).

Do you think they'll be selling merch inside?  Might duck out mid show to avoid the lineup if they do
