I don't know if I have ever seen this.  The shipping costing more than the actual product.

Ya I'm sure Santos will fix it and let us know. I'm not worried.

I just checked my order and it was $13.30 for the 10C variant vinyl to ship to Ohio. I'm debating on cancelling it for the RSD variant.
Can we all just ship to your house? That $13 is a much easier pill to swallow.

Well if these are the correct lyrics for part of the new song.  This would be fitting for this error.

    "It's strange these days
    When everybody else pays
    For someone else's mistake
    This blame takes shape
    Still everybody else pays
    For someone else's mistake"
    Slow clap for this.....well done.

The shipping situation is drawing enough attention away from $40-46 for what seems to be a single LP?

Yes, that price caught my attention when I saw it. I think it has to do with the 24 page booklet and sticker sheet.

One sticks out. Why is the 2-LP Binaural so much cheaper to ship?

I don't understand why each item needs to ship individually, especially with the shipping prices listed?

EACH ITEM WILL SHIP SEPARATELY AND THEREFORE BILLED INDIVIDUALLY FOR EACH ITEM

Listen, we know you like to complain about everything but why don’t you just email shipping or just wait for pj to respond to the thread instead of posting multiple times about the same issue? I’m sure there is an issue with how it’s calculated and I’m guessing it will be addressed when the warehouse opens up. It’s gunna be ok. Just have some patience.

For the first time, I passed.  Song sounds great, vinyl looks sweet, but not paying that kind of shipping.  Hoping it's an error.
Me too. The shipping is more than 50% of item cost. Hard no. Hopefully it's an error. The local record store will have something but I really wanted the 10C variant. Bummer.
  • Instead of having the 10C album version and the 10C 7" of the single shipped to Germany for more than $75 I just booked a flight to Seattle to pick it up personally ... it's cheaper and I even got upgraded with a meet'n greet with the band for the extra effort I put in getting the new album.

How will we know if they respond to the thread?  Would that be Santos?

Add me to the list of people who want the Ten Club variant but are not willing to pay $27 for shipping. I'll get it at my local shop if they don't adjust the shipping. I'm sure there will be an independent store variant...

I reckon the $27 shipping shown for the USA is the international rate and has somehow wires have got crossed.

Yes that is what was being charged earlier. I didn’t pay at the time hoping it would hit the U.K. store

    outrageous
    exorbitant
    ridiculous
    unconscionable

Get your logistics shit together, 10C. This is a continued source of embarrassment for you.

Been paying 10C dues for nearly 30 years, but you’re not getting my merch money as long as this is your standard.

My shipping my shipping charge to NYC for the red vinyl was $13.30.

Does it matter if you clicked on the "Outside US order here" link or is that where the high shipping costs are showing up for euros?

Shipping to NH for me was $7. Deluxe CD only.

I tried to preorder the red vinyl & got $27 & change to ship to Boston.

Hopefully that changes... although $60 for a vinyl isn't all that much easier a pill to swallow either.
