I just emailed to have them adjust my shipping costs from earlier. Lets see how they are going to adjust the shipping.
I would think / hope they do the right thing. If not, you should be able to cancel and reorder.
They just responded, I could have canceled and re-ordered with the correct shipping or they will refund the shipping difference. I just took the latter.
Thanks for the shipping fix! By the way, I know that message boards can be a den of negativity very often but sometimes the griping is justified. What if nobody said anything? I think all of the pushback the Ten Club saw this morning got them to act pretty quick. If you don't speak up then nothing happens. And hey, mistakes happen. Thanks to the Ten Club for the quick fix and for all the people that politely pointed out the problem.
$55.68 for a shipped, plain black vinyl version of the album.
I've recently moved and made good friends with the local record store here in my town. He's been absolutely great at getting me everything I've requested. I'd much rather give him my money for the same album when its out. I'm sure his price will be less than $20-$30 too. I'd love to have the variant and I've complained about the ridiculous merch prices before, but I'm done.....I'm not going to give Ten Club anymore of my money. No shirt, no mag, never play shows near me, merch prices are insane, shipping prices are high....I'm done.

This killed the momentum this morning. Sucks, that a simple mistake
could do this, but it did. The data shows 12:01am to 3am 36k impressions
on Dark Matter across Social platforms... From 4am to 10am 16k
impressions.... That is not how you want any of this to go.

Sent an email regarding the shipping rate and received a reply and refund in less than 15 minutes.
Same but nothing was resolved lol. They said the COULD refund or they COULD cancel, but didn't do either. I responded back telling them to do whichever is easier, but please let me know if I need to reorder.
I can see their shipping warehouse from my apartment... And still I paid $12 for Gigaton shipping, and received the album over two weeks after it dropped in stores...
I ordered this morning when the shipping was wrong. Do I actually need to do anything to ensure I'm refunded the difference? Presumably if I just wait it out, I'll still get the refund?
Or is it advisable to email 10C or cancel/reorder like others have done?

I’m glad they fixed the shipping but $46 for a single record is fucking expensive.
Most double LPs at my local record shop are selling for $35-40 nowadays. It’s greatly reduced my vinyl purchasing as of late.
So glad, I've filled in most of my collection over the last 14 years. Not sure I could build it at today's prices. Now it's generally fill in the odd gap I never got around to, the odd reissue of something that hadn't been reissued yet, the odd new release from a favourite band, and usually some RSD stuff. I've really slowed down on the record buying. Still waiting on Tool to reissue or even issue a few of their titles
