Well it looks like I wasn't chosen for Indy lawn. It was my priority 3. The way they worded it saying they had the majority of tickets for the lawn, it seemed like a given that they would be available for anyone who put in for them.
I know 3 people that had Indy RES as a first pick and did not hit while others hit it on their second. The way they did this is completely broken and us the fans are at the mercy of what ever it is they fucked up.
You saw people win Indy res with 2nd priority? Damn, I know you and I both lost out on 1st priority.
Same here. And I get I'm low number, and others have a lot more to be upset about, but I don't really get it. Oh well, onto the F2F wars
I got tickets for Chicago but they are in the 3rd level of the stadium. What happened to reserving the best seats for 10c?

Well this is good news. I never got a new seat assignment for night 1, but I’ll be grateful to be in the building. Looking forward to the show! So sorry for those that didn’t get seats.

Update on my credit card situation. So the story, I used a zero balance card, with a $900 limit for the original purchase of 2 Chicago shows, total charge of $661. Got confirmed for both. Then got told about seat reassignments, and they would charge again for the reassignments. I never got the refund, so, when they went to charge again, it was declined because of lack of funds. (If the refund came in time, it would have been fine, but also, I could not make a pre-emptive payment, because technically I had a zero balance, and my card prevents me from making a payment due to the zero balance.)
So, it was looking like I lost the tickets as I watched everyone else note their new reassignments and I was not getting anything. I emailed ticketstoday/TM and they said, "Sorry there is no way to change your credit card info" I emailed 10C and they told me not to worry, that in the event of a decline, they would contact me with a link to update. So I finally got the link late last night and resubmitted with a new card.
The reason I was confused was because of these 2 things in the original email. Anyway, my new request has been received and I assume I will know before the Verified Fan sale tomorrow. Thanks for listening, and also thanks to those who reached out with possible solutions.
How to Avoid an Accidental Request Decline Make sure your credit card has sufficient funds to cover your highest possible total. Worse than seniority seating is the priority fuck up. How is it possible Priority 1s go ticketless and Priority 2+ get tix?
This should only happen in Indy if Priority 1 selected reserved only, no lawn. Chicago Priority 1 did not select side/back.
Otherwise it should not happen.

Good to hear this is getting straightened out for you.
Such f’n BS!!!! I have spent thousands of dollars on PJ tix to follow you around the f’n world!! To be shut out of a show less than 40 minutes from my house pisses me the F off!! This is complete and utter BS!! Tenclub needs to not only tell us what the hell is going on, but they need to fix this!!!!
What the hell do I pay for Tenclub?! My number is 277***, I would be absolutely fine with getting shut out and tenclub members getting all the tix, but this BS on scalper sites run by Ticketmaster is sending me over the f’n moon!!!
IT’S TAYLOR SWIFT ALL OVER AGAIN, AND TENCLUB IS NOT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!
SERIOUSLY PEARL JAM?? Eddie, are you really going to stand for this!!!!!???? This isn’t the band that I’ve been following since ‘91, my first show at Purdue Univ, that we stayed for through bomb threats. We have been f’n loyal as shit. WE DO NOT DESERVE THIS TREATMENT!!!!!!
FIX THIS!!
You ok?
I am now, tenclub just sent out emails. Can you please delete this for me? I’d really appreciate it, thanks and peace!

Would be nice if 10C put out some kind of statement--something, anything--explaining what happened. Might be easier than responding to hundreds (thousands?) of e-mails. I still can't believe they reseated anything. The ticket confirmation e-mails pretty clearly state "all sales are final".... but then they start reassigning seats and making additional cc charges without authorization? To me those are new sales. Will check dictionary definition of "final" and report back.
The Ticketstoday “Unfulfilled” emails are finally coming out. At least we know.
How did I get 9/5 as a third choice and people with it at 2 got nothing?
Perhaps a screwed up lottery situation. Took all Priority 1 Chicago Night 2, choose 500 for tickets, and instead of going back to Priority 1 to choose 500 more for Chicago Night 2, they went to everyone who had Priority 2 Chicago Night 2 for 500 more. Then Priority 3 for 500 more, then Priority 4, etc. Not the way to do it IMHO.
I got tickets for Chicago but they are in the 3rd level of the stadium. What happened to reserving the best seats for 10c?
*Best seats after Premium
Let’s say UC has 20,000 seats. 2,000 to Premium, 1,000 to friends/family/insiders, 2,000 to TM VF on sale. That leaves perhaps 15,000 to 10C so they could fulfill pairs for 7,500 members. Among these are all the GA, much of the floor and it appears members with numbers below 200XXX got 100 level (with some exceptions that will hopefully be rectified). So numbers under 300xxx got club and then more recent members got 300 level (in an easier process than waiting in the TM Waiting Room for hours tomorrow only to see those 2,000 VF seats disappear in 5 minutes). If they’re able to fulfill requests for 5,000 members or more that means a lot of seats will be in the 300 level (as the seat maps on the request screen and 10C messaging made clear). Even with the BS this week it’s a hell of a lot better than hoping for a VF code and then watching all the normally priced seats disappear before you get out of TM waiting room.
Do I have this right? Is this how these apparent "discrepencies" in seat assigments happen? I'm guessing there are exceptions where people really did get hosed, but my gut tells me 90% of these situations can be explained by how the allocation process works (i.e. Everyone with P1 gets seats assigned, if anything left then P2, repeat til all tickets allocated).

If you hit Chicago in the 300's section you would be flipping out too don't deny it lol.
YOU ARE right! He's also going to flip out when he gets to hear You Are at St Paul 2.
Man, YOU ARE would be incredible. Need some Riot Act on this tour.

This is absolutely fucked up. You are telling me sections 121 and 113 have no 10 club allocation? Is this all going to be premium? If so, this is just terrible. SECOND these seating spots are absolutely jacked up.
I bet there are a TON of VIP/Friends and family holds for the Chicago shows as well. Gotta fit the whole rosters of the Cubs, Bulls, Bears, Hawks and maybe even Sox down there somewhere.
Always remember. There is a pretty long list of groups that could get a ticket alottment
Got the email saying unfulfilled for Indy. Hopefully I get a code for VF tomorrow and can find some lawn tickets. If not, then F2F starts next month. Finding lawn tickets for the show on F2F shouldn't be too hard. But then again I didn't think getting lawn tickets in the lottery would be too difficult either.
