Made a rookie mistake.. requested tickets for Camden and then decided to shoot for MSG too so submitted another request.
Got an email one of them was cancelled. Anyone know where I can check ?

    Lesson learned!
You can do one request of however many shows you want, and if you change your mind, it cancels the prior request. So say you initially try for Ottawa and Nashville, then tomorrow realize that you want to try for OK too. You start the process all over, and it cancels your initial request.
Ah, that makes sense. Guess I’m hoping for MSG now. Thanks !
Just put in a new request for both shows that you want, and it will cancel your last one.  Doesn't matter when you turn in your final request. just make sure your final request has all the shows you are trying for on it.

    Awesome, thanks!! Resubmitted this morning.
    Appreciate it!

Has anyone had issues with the presale where it said this? I know my info is correct yet the error is still popping up
Yes and I can't get it figured out!!!!!
I’m in the same boat and I’ve tried it every way imaginable
    out!!!!!
I was able to figure it out.I went onto the Ticketmaster app and went to my payment methods and the debit card I was trying to use wasn’t on file so I deleted every card on file.I added just the one I was gonna use and made it my primary. It worked after that
Appreciate the tip, tried all of that, I deleted every card in Ticketmaster and added just the one I wanted to use, nothing. Still doesn’t work. I obviously have triple checked my info at this point. I’m pretty frustrated and don’t know what to try next.

I have no idea what's going on. Tried my debit card multiple times, even tried the trick of changing my TM primary card to it, and it wasn't working. I used our joint account debit card, and it worked first try.

I still think they should have bumped up the seat locations for those who kept their tickets for 2 years now to in front of those that were ahead of them but refunded.

I don't think there's a ton of 10C tickets available for most of these shows, so I don't think any upgrades would have been particularly noticeable, even for those with higher member numbers. Also, don't judge/begrudge people who needed their money back during the past 2 years. Times were tough for a lot of people. While it may have been easy for you or I to let a couple hundred bucks sit in someone else's account for 2 years, someone else might have needed that money to get by.

I'm not happy that I can't make the Phoenix show I had tickets to 2 years ago, seeing Sigur Ros in Vancouver that night!  Was hoping to make it to Vegas but flights are so damn expensive now.  Here's hoping for a western Canadian leg next year.  Hope everyone enjoys the shows!

Not judging anyone at all who did that.

I just think the right thing to do for those that held on was to move up accordingly. Not sure exactly how things will work, but now there could actually be people with higher member numbers ahead of those who didn't refund.

Seating will still be assigned based on seniority, so it's not likely that someone who joined just before the announcement in 2020 is going to see their seats jump from the back of the arena to the front (well, sides, but you know what I mean). Yeah, it would have been nice to move up a bit, but I just think the amount of movement possible would be so minimal that I don't know if it would be worth the headache for the 10 Club.

Booked a refundable room around the corner from MSG. Will either take the train or drive. May need to turn to StubHub but hopefully the tickets will work out one way or another.

Does anyone know if I only select PIT tickets as my preference for one of the shows what happens if I don't get those tickets?  Would my request default to reserved seats based on seniority in the ten club?
Or should I select both PIT and Reserved seats and then the PIT tickets are automatically treated as priority with reserved seats a 2nd choice?

Select both - it gives you the best chance. It even says so on the selection screen.

Just satisfying my own curiosity. Does anybody local know if it is possible to travel from Sacramento to San Francisco on public transport after the show?

I’m in San Francisco with work on 18th May. The show feels so close yet so far away!
Amtrak is the only way I know of, but they don’t have a train that late. You can stay in Sac and there’s a very early route the next day that can take you back to SF before 8AM.

If you only select PIT, you are letting them know you only want PIT. So if you miss out on PIT, you would not be offered reserved.

That's the same email I got.  Responded as instructed.  Now it's just a matter of seeing IF they refund the amount properly.

Just put in for my show with the 10club.  Fingers crossed!!    Booked a nice hotel right next to the venue.

We don’t want GA at all so we put in for Reserved.  Hope the odds are decent.  It’s a show that was a 2020 one.

Not really a helpful heads up. People who are now forced to scramble because their specific dates were only announced 6 weeks out or their vacation weeks have already chosen or their flight prices are now crazy have every right to be frustrated.

If you can't make travel plans 50 days in advance, that's on you. If you already booked your family vacation to Orlando and used up all your vacation time (even though the band said the tour would start in May), that's on you. If you can't afford to travel or buy a plane ticket, that's also not the band's fault. People on this board will complain about everything.

They both have a combined population of around 1m people. I'd say compared to LA, LV, Oakland, etc, not to mention the travel logistics, it will be considerably lower.
