I am trying to sell my Oakland tickets for face ofcourse but Ticketmaster says my tickets cannot be sold or transfered.... Wtf?!
- Tickets are Non-Transferable, Non-Refundable. Ticketmaster has partnered with Pearl Jam to make sure fans get their tickets at face value. To achieve this, Pearl Jam has directed that tickets be non-transferable.* On the night of the show, all guests will be required to enter with the ticket purchaser. For fans that cannot use tickets they have purchased, Pearl Jam and Ticketmaster will offer a Fan-to-Fan Face Value Ticket Exchange beginning this Spring. There will be no additional fees charged to Exchange users for buying or selling tickets on the Exchange. *Does not apply to shows in New York or Colorado.
I have an extra ticket to the L.A. Forum show on Saturday, May 7. Section 102, Row 4. So it's at the far end of the arena, but straight on with the stage and in the lower section in a lower row. If anyone's interested, let me know! The ticket was $126.70, obviously selling face value.
Is it too much to ask for a full-blown Temple of the Dog set? Probably.
So I bought Premium tickets to Phoenix show during Verified Fan Presale for $900 same row is $500 now. WTF??!!! Has anyone requested and received refunds? This is insane, I feel like the whole process is about drumming up FOMO and gouging???
I feel like for a band that has been obsessed with sticking it to the ticket resellers they have created the most complex and expensive tickets compared to U2, Rolling Stones, Dead & Company etc.

Unfortunately no refund will be coming your way. It’s setup for fans exactly in your situation. You have the disposable income to spend the $900. The seats are certainly not worth that, but you said it your self. You had FOMO and they got ya.
I’ve never seen anything like this with other ticket sales. I get buyer beware but this is predatory. I’m not new to the game just because you can doesn’t mean you should. I realize now all of PJ’s anger at scalpers was just trying to find a way they can get scalper prices for themselves. I’m fine with capitalism but cracks me up when Eddie up there shilling every Democrat socialist.

It is buyer beware but at the same time there shouldn’t be resale and transfer restrictions on premium tickets. The theory of keeping it to face value for fans to have access doesn’t hold when it is already market price. My opinion anyway.

Requested a refund for St Louis over 30 days ago. The card I used to buy these has long been cancelled/closed. I informed them right away. Ticketstoday told me to wait 30 days, and now they are giving me the run-around, saying after 60 days I will receive a phone call to give them a new CC number. I have reached out to TenClub, not sure if they have any advice. Ticketmaster is no help, informing me that this is a TicketsToday issue. Any one had any luck getting a refund for a CC that is closed?
If somebody here was the kind soul that gave up their GA floor tickets to the San Diego thank you! I was able to pick them for face. I am stoked. I just listed a pair in section E row 17.

I agree that ticketmaster is disgusting....but that's what you get for paying $900 for a couple of concert tickets. I find it hard to feel bad for you.
I have two floor tickets for Vegas (in the back, Mike side) but would love two (but would take one) GA ticket -- long shot, I know. If I get two I will list both my floor tickets.
I have 2 extra tickets to Camden.. Lawn.. My wife and I are going to the show, I got fanclub seats.. Then she purchesed the 2 lawn seats for friends who now cannot attend... If anyone wants them, I'm just looking for face value.. And wouldnt need to transfer as we will be in attendance and can just get you in with us..
