A lot of bands release deluxe editions with extra songs. What is the difference

I took his post to mean literally release singles with an A side and a B side. yes, deluxe editions are kind of the same idea, but it just seems like a scam to get a few more bucks out of completists (like me lol)

doubt you'll ever see PJ release a deluxe edition at the same time as the original.

Hopefully there is some actually info in the interview about the new album instead of the canned responses or intentionally wrong info we usually get.

I LOVED when bands released B Sides. Always fun heading to record stores and picking up the CD maxi singles.

Gossard also provides an update on the next Pearl Jam album, which is being produced by Andrew Watt, who’s actually best-known for his work with Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez. Watt is reportedly pushing for a more immediate and possibly classic sound for the upcoming release.

    1. Personally I would have referenced his work with Ozzy and Iggy Pop

    2. I'm gonna need an album/era referenced cuz baby classic sound can mean a lot of things here

Stone was a bit more cagey with his sound descriptions. He did say high energy I think.

The guys never say anything of real substance about new music. Not even sure why it’s even asked anymore besides whether they’ve been working on anything.
