According to the Facebook rumor mill today, if you call the Royal Farms Arena and ask about Pearl Jam you will be told the show has been canceled due to the renovation and will not be rescheduled. Don't know how true any of that is but there are multiple posters claiming to have been told that.
If this turns out to be true it’s kinda fucked up that ticket holders haven’t been informed.
Not too fucked up if they are organizing another venue! Keyword, too.
Any other band that held out this long? I can’t think of any. Besides that, I have $2000 ties up in Vitalogy tickets for Baltimore. I’d rather the show go on but..
I could also see it come once Ed's tour is over. Their management is likely focused on that one moving forward first. Plus there's the risk of shows being cancelled or rescheduled, so can't see them wrangling two tours at once.
We are definitely getting an announcement just before Ed’s tour, quite possibly during his tour, or it might come after his tour.
stupid question, but where is the first place any announcement is posted? Like, will Sea or Kat posting something in the Porch be the first place after it appears on PJ's FB or Twitter? Where is the first place to look for any tour announcement?
It’s a shame that we have to rely on Facebook and arenas calling ticket holders to find out about a show being canceled as opposed to the band actually letting us know after 22 months
Ive become so “meh” about Pearl Jam lately. Sucks that this is what it’s become.
But hey, at least there’s some EV Platinum tickets up for grabs! Probably a new fancy sweepstakes somewhere too for the front row!

@PJNB said the same thing, so it must be true. Before, during or after EV tour it is!

Where are we going at this point? They know this fanbase will take it and like it!
Well, there is someone that might know and he has been very quiet. Maybe someone can drag him out of retirement

Won't be that bad if they provide an update on Baltimore. We know all the other dates are forthcoming. The Baltimore thing has been in doubt for 2 months. I think we'd all understand if they had to cancel, and there really isn't a reason to hold back that information any longer.
This has gotten so silly. Just announce the damn dates. If they need to be changed again so be it. We all know the world we’re living in. Let us plan ahead and book some hotels etc.
This show, another show, a show here and a show there.
If they’re refunding ADA seats, you gotta think an announcement is coming Monday or Tuesday. Maybe they add a second MSG or a DC date and give those holding tickets (10c or Public) first dibs.

I’ve been predicting 1/31 as the announcement date for a few weeks now. What do I win if I’m right?

Gotta be it, lines up with the ticketmaster refund date and Baltimore clearing out the ADA stuff today. I mean if its not Monday, I'm sure it will be sometime between Feb 1st and May 1st.

No hope Bmore gets moved to DC? Straight up refund?

Maybe the Baltimore show is getting moved to an all GA venue, that doesn't have ADA seating. Not really even sure if that's a thing or not.

I’m no expert but would assume it would violate many rules/laws to convert a show to all non ADA, especially if it literally took away ADA tickets from those who need it.

1) An announcement will most likely come Monday - fits the January announcement theme previously made. If not, all bets are off and there are no excuses.
2) Remember the CEO on the busines side quit / retired last year. This is a huge business organization and anytime a leader walks away there can be issues.
3) I'm as disappointed as everyone else with the lack of communication and holding on to money (15 shows tied up including Europe), but if they announced a new tour now my guess is tickets would be tickets would be 50% higher than what we paid given what is going on in the industry. Get ready for the sticker shock n new dates - massive inflation is real.
