If they’re refunding ADA seats, you gotta think an announcement is coming Monday or Tuesday. Maybe they add a second MSG or a DC date and give those holding tickets (10c or Public) first dibs.
I’ve been predicting 1/31 as the announcement date for a few weeks now. What do I win if I’m right?
If your correct you get to enjoy a cold one with yours truly at the Hamilton show. That’s got to be worth something.

Did I ever tell you about when I won my first pair of GA tickets for Pearl Jam, only to have the show be postponed for two years and then canceled altogether? No? Well...it's not that good of a story.
It’s a sad sad story! Ugh that’s awful, so sorry.

I don’t have GA tickets for Baltimore, but I think it would be a great idea to offer everyone who did automatic dibs for GA at a future Baltimore or (hopefully) the DC show that will replace it

1) An announcement will most likely come Monday - fits the January announcement theme previously made. If not, all bets are off and there are no excuses.
2) Remember the CEO on the busines side quit / retired last year. This is a huge business organization and anytime a leader walks away there can be issues.
3) I'm as disappointed as everyone else with the lack of communication and holding on to money (15 shows tied up including Europe), but if they announced a new tour now my guess is tickets would be tickets would be 50% higher than what we paid given what is going on in the industry. Get ready for the sticker shock n new dates - massive inflation is real.
What "January announcement theme"? All they have said on the matter is "early next year".
Just talked to a friend in Maryland who has Vitalogy tickets for Baltimore. Also knows people in the DMV concert business. He has heard nothing from anyone about the Balmore show being cancelled or moved. But is leaning towards cancellation.
He hasn’t heard anything from anyone in the know……but he, himself is leaning towards cancellation? Not sure I follow. Is he in the know as well or just his speculation based off of hearing nothing?
Not sure what this means… not sure I want to know based on my current assumptions on the state of the band…

I wonder what percent of the fan base thinks the band is always on the verge of breaking up? Reminds me of some guy who posted a review of Binaural saying it was signaling the break up, and he went through each song pulling lines to support his claim.

I don’t think they always are. But a combination of a venue reaching out to fans to cancel tickets, continuation of silence regarding shows, planned added EV shows being scratched, and someone who has had info in the past saying “game over folks” ?? How can that outcome be anything but bad

Admittedly, I tend to take a “don’t count your eggs before they hatch” mentality to most things. There’s a completely reasonable, and probably more likely answer for all of the above
- EV shows placed on hold due to the first round not having great ticket sales. - We all expected Baltimore to be cancelled so it’s not really a huge surprise - “Game over folks” plus the fact that Baltimore is starting to refund could simply mean that an announcement is imminent and that the waiting game is over - Plus, they’re working on a new album with Andrew Watt. That’s not a band that’s about to break up. - Communication still leaves a lot to be desired though, as cancellations should be announced by the band first, not people getting phone calls from an arena

Exactly. If they would have said “in January” then I’d be freaking out. But as far as I’m concerned February and even March is pretty early in the year still. They can announce today or in 5 weeks. We’re all still going, they know it. We know it.

Exactly and remember all the doom-mongers on here last year who said SHN and Ohana wouldn't happen. My guess is the US tour will be announced shortly and most of the European tour will happen as planned.
Has anyone thought one of the reasons why no more EV shows have been announced could be becuase they can't fit them in until later in the year (RHCP are touring as well as PJ this Summer), plus the 6 month delay on shipping the vinyl and deluxe CD... There's no rush
