    This is truly a bad look.  You pay for something, they use an absolutely abysmal and expensive delivery method, the product is damaged and the best that can be done is a refund?


    His eminence has yet to show.

    I have not even received an email about it being sent out. Is anyone else in my situation? Minnesota location.  thanks, joe

    Arrived outside of Philadelphia today. Got a tracking email last week or so, used ups mail innovations then transferred the number to usps once dropped off, came thru just fine. Not the pizza box mailer of previous vaults, but no damage on mine. Really unfortunate for 10c to have ZERO replacements. I can’t really wrap my head around it to be honest. 

    Anyway, I’ve listened to sides A and B so far and it really does sound fantastic. Hoping the rest of it plays without issue

    It’s in Fife, WA and says it will be here Monday. I doubt it

    Supposed to get here on Wednesday.

    everyone please remember that they had no replacements for folks who got damaged copies or had quality control issues with missing discs etc.

    stunning because I’m guessing we’ll see copies go up on 10c/PJ auctions in the future.

    Mine arrived today in TN, with a HUGE dent / tear in the cover. Emailing 10C as soon as I get this done. It will be an epic FAIL if they can not send me a replacement cover. I have yet to open it, so no idea if the vinyl is defect free.
