Mine still hasn't arrived and am still getting no info on my tracking number....
Mine says out for delivery but remains in Limbo since June...
Shit, since June? I’m assuming USPS can’t do anything?

Odd and sorry.  My uneducated guess is the raw goods to make records is low so they had to order the exact amount this time?
Sorry I dont get this, would it not be up to the customer to order how many they want and request more than they actually need which would then be the exact amount the pressing plant needs to supply. Or do the plants automatically provide extra. Sounds more like a mess up.

Also imagine 10,987 10c members ordered, find it hard to believe that someone stopped the presses at that exact number.

I learnt last year after mine was damaged to order 2. With the postage debacle in the EU there was always going to be loads of ISO.
You can only order one though, right? I ordered two but only got one so I assumed there was a limit.

One per order.  You can place additional separate orders.

Did you get a confirmation/charged for the second order? If not I’d say there was a snafu and it never went through.

I just decided to check on it.  I have had zero problems w packages being lost in like 20 years.  This past year and a half I have had multiple.

Someone finally got in touch with me from 10C and mine is lost in transit and there’s no overrun to address issues like this which freaking blows. If anyone can sell me a copy for non-scalper price, I’d really appreciate it.
Oh wow. Thanks for sharing. I will check with 10C and prob be in the same boat. Good luck with your move - hopefully as painless as possible.

10C got back to me super fast.  They have determined mine is also "lost in transit" -- gone.  It's crazy; it's seems there were quite a few that just disappeared.  Clearly the work of UFOs.  Anyhow, they did offer to refund or replace it with a vault 8 or 9.  I'm content with that.

These packages that are lost in transit...does the tracking show any movement of the packages at all or does it just look like a label was printed?

Mine has shown processed ready for pickup by UPS since 6/29. I emailed and was told everything had left the warehouse, so it was unfortunately lost.

When I ordered Live on 10 Legs that was lost in transit. They sent another. The original randomly showed up about 4 or 5 months later. So there’s always hope.
I can’t believe they didn’t order extras though.

Anyone that had the "UPS Awaiting Shipment" ever have the album mysteriously show up?

I hope everyone who experienced "shipping problems" got a refund.

I did, but I would rather have received what I paid for.

Seems like there might have been enough ppl impacted by this, why not just order up more and fill the orders?  I'm sure they'd be able to sell any extras that came up in the process.   I realize this isnt a cheap process, the packaging is intricate and its 4LP... but why not give it a go?
