@Spiritual_Chaos what about that Peter Criss record you got. Didn't that make you happy?

Some of you here sound like you believe Biden has it in the bag.  OF COURSE I would like to believe that.  But I don't see how you can be so confident.  Where do you get that?  Wishful thinking? Faith in the system?  I'm not being sarcastic.  I honestly don't understand.

They say Biden has the most votes ever, beating Obama's count.

He's not losing Michigan, the gap is getting bigger
    He won Wishigan - officially
Nevada has only blue districts left to count (?)
Bidens campaign seems very confident, in their analytic (they say they should win PA)

Not in the bag but based on what's been counted and what's left I'd much rather be in Biden’s position than Trump’s

There’s a small group outside the courthouse I work at in PA doing....something. One is dressed like a mailbox.

I'm trying to figure out what laws or approach they could do to challenge the votes.

They might be able to request a recount, but I'm not sure that changes the outcome.

When George W. got elected there were battles over trying to count the hanging chad's, but those votes didn't count to start, so it was challenge was trying to get them counted (which failed).

Is there a way to challenge, to have legally counted votes dismissed?

    just parroting everyone else...

But it appears he is ahead in the requisite states.  The votes that are remaining are a combination of mail-in ballots (which were returned predominantly by Democrat voters) as well as counties that he needs.  And that doesnt even include Pennsylvania, Georgia, and North Carolina which are still in question.

Im not going to celebrate until it is dead and buried, but it is looking good.  Gambling odds agree.

i would imagine none of us can officially celebrate until december 14. we still have to make sure the electors don't commit any fuckery.

Scott Walker went through two recounts and they adjusted a total of about 400 votes combined.  I wouldn't be worried about this.

Noon on January 20, 2021. Until then he would be still in office, still in power, still very dangerous.

So is it starting to look like Nevada might be the key state? Biden’ lead is dwindling to about 7000. And I think if everything else holds Trump gets to 272.
